Love the room inside the dishwasher and easy changes to accommodate larger items. Very quite wash. Also so many washing selections to choose from. Great kitchen tool.

They did a great job. They were able to get the old dishwasher removed and the new one installed quickly and without any mess. Both gentleman were courteous and took the time to answer any questions I had. It was a very easy experience.

The install was very quick. The techs took extra care during install to protect the kitchen. They cleaned up after the install and made sure to provide any instruction needed related to the appliance.

Best Buy has gotten too big for their britches as my father would say. When you call for service be prepared to jump through numerous hoops just to state your issue! Which is a level of stress all it's own. I purchased a dishwasher back in July "24 and after each use I noticed a awful smell, well the dirty water wasn't draining out completely. I call Best Buy and after 30 plus minutes Im able to reach a human only to be told that its still under the manufacturer warranty so call them instead. Wow, some customer service. So I do just that, their service representative comes out and in less then 5 minutes tells me my water line was installed incorrectly by Best Buy and they ( manufacturer) does not do corrections on installs . Back to call BB and playing the phone game....finally I convince a representative to send out someone. They come and run a cycle adjust the door and ask to use my bathroom???? And then they were gone. BUT, get this, THEY reported that the problem wasn't corrected themselves. As a result BB called me back saying that they would have someone else come out. The last individual was extremely professional (no bathroom breaks) :) took the dishwasher apart, readjusted the water line, ran several cycles to correct the problem. Every service repairman should be this precise. This has been a nightmare all because I wanted to upgrade to stainless steel my old white appliances worked FINE now im paying the price in more ways than one just for the newest trend I get a free headache.

Dishwasher is great...Installation was a nightmare and BB hasn't responded to my complaints.

The gentleman that came to install our dishwasher was very professional, knowedgeble, and friendly. He installed it quickly without difficulty and it works very well.

The 2 men who installed my dishwasher were very polite, friendly and efficient. One of them made sure I understood how to use it. I only wish he would have told me to either run it or get it to a drying cycle as a few days later it smelled moldy and indeed there was mold growing on a plate. That never happened with the one I had had for 30 years that it replaced! I have since researched it and know what to do to prevent a recurrence--I just wish I had been informed from the start.

AIC Alliance did a great job installing my dishwasher! This was a do-over from a prior installer who did do the job correctly.

They did the job and were fairly clean. Everything was installed well and works. I wasn't totally impressed with their cable and tube management -- but overall good job.

The guys did a great job, went above and beyond and showed me how to use it.

Installation itself went smoothly - once it finally happened. There were SNAFUs all along the way with scheduling. The BB and the installer's systems did not work well together. The installer would confirm for the wrong location - where we live in 1 state - not where the item was going to be installed - in another state. This happened 3x. We finally got help from someone in corporate who was able to look and make the installation happen. BB did offer some incentive for all of the trouble. We really do like the dishwasher which is why we went through all of these challenges to get it installed.

A few months ago, I purchased a new refrigerator from BestBuy and had an amazing delivery experience. I don't give praise on delivery/installation lightly because I've had some HORRIBLE experiences with delivery/installation with other stores. For example, I had purchased a washer/dryer from a big box home improvement store (starts with "L") and the delivery people left the appliances in the middle of my kitchen -- the room they were supposed to put them in was the next room over! They didn't even leave all of the parts needed for the appliances. Needless to say, I was worried about the next round of appliances. So, when the fridge came and was a perfect installation (including hooking up the water), I knew I would return. So, when I needed a dishwasher, I was sure to go back to BestBuy. Again, it was a perfect experience. He was in and out in under 1/2 hour, didn't leave a bit of mess or even a shred of plastic for me to clean up. I highly recommend the service!

This was worth every penny. The gentleman who came to our home was professional, and polite, and did a great job with removing the old dishwasher and putting in the new one. This is not something I wanted to do myself, so having this as an option was a must when I was looking for the new washer.

Installation wasn’t quite right, but called it and and the contractor came back and fixed it. Apparently it wasn’t connected to garbage disposal correctly. Now it works great!

Guys were great/knowledgeable Unfortunately Best Buy couldn’t complete installation when purchased and now charged me again to find original delivery had linked the water line

Great installation with professional and knowledgeable people. Friendly, fast, clean! I can not recommend them any more highly than this!
