The installers kept in touch as to estimated arrival time. took away all of the packing materials and old dishwasher (only charge foe this was $15 disposal fee charged county) Worker were very efficent and they tested the cycles to make sure no leakage and everything worked properly.

It cleans very well. Leaves no spots. Incredibly quiet. The options are on the top and it gets dirty quite quickly. It pops open at the end of the cycle and plays a tune.

The delivery & installation team was terrific. They were courteous efficient friendly and our dishwasher is working well.

Very professional team installed my dishwasher. Very nice, alerted me to their timing, and overall a quick install. Kindly gave me a few minutes to clean under the cabinets space after pulling out the old dishwasher. Thorough cleanup and showed me some key features on the new one.

He did a good job removing and installing the dishwasher. It took a little longer that expected since he was training a new person. But since the install was free I won't complain.

The installer came in and took a look at the previous dishwasher and was unsure of removal without having to remove the flooring as the dishwasher sits lower than the hardwood. It was difficult but he took his time and figured it out without removing or scratching the floor, top notch

Installer did a really, really great job. He worked methodically and neatly. Was very respectful of property and knew what he was doing. He had good product knowledge and answered all my questions. Very professional.

The install was quick and the guy was pretty friendly. My only problem is why do they leave all the packaging behind. I'm having a hard time breaking it down to get rid of it.

The guys arrived on schedule. They did everything they were supposed to, haven't had any issues. They could have been a little cleaner in the process, but overall happy.

Maurice installed my Kitchenaid dishwasher swiftly and efficiently. He was very nice and explained the features and how to use it. I am scheduled to receive a new washer and a new dryer next week. I hope he is the installer again.

After a botched installation 2+ months earlier and much hassle with Best Buy to get someone scheduled to come fix it, this team arrived on time and fixed the problem in record time. Wish they had been the original installers!
