My first thoughts about letting someone into the kitchen were not reflected in the service. The Service was Great! Very efficient, Very Professional, Very knowledgeable, and Very quick. They even cleaned up any spills etc as they were leaving.

The dishwasher is nice and quiet. The installer was nice and courteous however he said I needed a plug and another water connection that the old dishwasher did not have. He charged another 350 over and above the 225 install I had already paid to Best Buy. I’m not sure if this is always done but I didn’t have a choice for him to install. He was prompt and didn’t take much time. I ended up paying more for the install than the dishwasher.

The Technician took his time to do a test run as well as clean throughly after the installation. I would recommend this sub-contractor for similar works ....

We had plumbing problems so, the dishwasher is not yet installed. We've had previous experience with Bosch dishwashers so we are confident it will be great. We had to correct some plumbing issues and will install soon. the delivery/installer guys were great.

original installation was fine but the brackets that were used broke, so this reinstall was to replace those brackets. The guys were prompt, friendly and quick.

I have made a complaint on the phone as well. I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and selected their installation service, which was outsourced to Envision Contracting. I had already paid a flat fee upfront for what was supposed to be a straightforward installation, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The installer showed up unexpectedly and immediately started pressuring me to proceed, even though I expressed concerns. They then sprung an extra $250 charge on me out of nowhere—nothing about this was disclosed beforehand in any quotes, emails, or discussions. When I objected, they outright refused to complete the installation unless I paid the additional amount right then, essentially holding the job hostage under duress. To add insult to injury, the installer didn't even come prepared with basic tools and supplies. They ended up using my own towels, flashlight, and other household items because they lacked the necessary equipment. Despite the flat fee I paid, I felt completely ripped off with these hidden costs and lack of professionalism. Envision Contracting offered no accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution afterward and neither did Best Buy. They offered $50 back as if that would restore my faith in their brand. This has shattered my confidence in Best Buy's partnered services. Opt for a reliable provider to avoid this kind of coercive, unprepared, and costly ordeal.

The installer was quick and efficient. They came on time and were careful of my existing kitchen appliances and countertops.

Bought dishwasher on 11/11/2023. Installation was scheduled for 11/28/2024. On 11/24/2023 received an email stating that installation had been cancelled due to there weren't any more dishwashers available. Went to store the following day to find out what was going on, The customer service representative told us we were on the schedule and that they had dishwashers at the warehouse. No call from installers, the store did not know who the installers were or if they would show up. On 11/28/2023, installers called 10 minutes before showing up on the door. Came in and installed the dishwasher in 25 minutes and left. No instructions on how to operate, left instruction book on the counter and they left. No greetings upon arrival or when they left.

Our Bosch dishwasher was expertly delivered and installed through a company that Best Buy had contracted out to. The boys were friendly and professional. The install was done in a timely manner and operating procedures were explained to us. A very good experience.

Excellent job, & super fast. I was worried my dishwasher wasn’t going to fit, but as soon as they got here they made it fit & in less than 30 minutes they were done!

They did a great job installing the dishwasher. They were hear about an hour from the time they started removing the old and finished installing the new.

Best Buy's third party company sent people to install a dishwasher. The crew was nice, knowledgable, and worked very well together. They answered questions and explained things to me. The only issue was the leveling of the dishwasher. They explained it was level and that my counter was not. They had to come back anyway, so I had them level the dishwasher per the installation instructions.

We needed to replace our old Bosch dishwasher and on the recommendation of our repair man, we went with a Bosch 800 series. It is everything we hoped for and more… Quiet, cleans well, loads efficiently.. We especially like the third rack for silverware and other utensils.

We purchased a new dishwasher and decided to have it installed since I was going to be out of town on business when it arrived. The Geek was pleasant and polite, determined the best route to the install point and unpacked and carefully installed the unit to avoid dings or scratches. He removed the old unit and hose, then installed the new unit, supply and drain hoses, and rewired the new unit to our electric. Everything was fine until we opened the door to the machine and found it could not open more than a few degrees. There was a screw missing which allowed the kick-plate to block the swing of the door. We called the Geek back in (he was still in the driveway loading the old unit) and he realized the problem, added a screw to the kick-plate, rechecked all screws for tightness, apologized and all was right with the world. It was actually a pretty quick and clean install.

Guys did a good job and used the new hoses and clamps that were ordered with the Unit. Made sure that there were no leaks.

This was a standard dishwasher installation. They came on time and did their work efficiently. Hoping things will continue to run well.

I am very happy with this dishwasher. It runs very quietly and does a great job. Everything (dishes, glassware, silverware, bakeware, etc) comes out clean and dry with no water spots. I only use the normal cycle with heated dry and that works extremely well.

The dishwasher still works ok. I've had it for about a year. The guys that installed it were super nice, pleasant and super professional.
