The first installer claimed he couldn't get my new LG dishwasher to fit properly due to it's design and recommended Bosch instead. BestBuy arranged an exchange and installed a new Bosch dishwasher which fit perfectly. Thank you BestBuy.

From day one, the installation of the dishwasher was a nightmare! The first time it was installed, the dishwasher didn’t work. I was told by the installer that the dishwasher’s control panel was bad and that I should ask for a replacement. I requested a new unit and after it was installed by a different company, it also failed to work. This second time, I was told by the installer that there was no power to the dishwasher and that I should get an electrician to find out what was the problem. I questioned how was that possible since our old dishwasher was working fine and now there was no power. I contracted an electrician and after checking and confirming that the circuit breaker was fine, we proceeded to remove the dishwasher to check the power at its end. And Ole and Behold, the problem was that the wire that powered the dishwasher was partially cut, most likely by the first installation crew (see attached pictures). Not only did I pay a total of $365.00 ($180.00 for the dishwasher’s installation and $185.00 for the electrician's work to restore the power to the dishwasher.) but, ironically, I ended up installing the dishwasher myself.

Installer was very professional & explained everything to my wife and allowed her to clean the area before setting new appliance. Great job!

3rd Party Install needed to return to correct install issues remaining or from the 1st Installation visit. Initial team was unfamiliar with product line and seemed distracted.

Wrong and inaccurate entry. My dishwasher was never delivered infact the representative that came into my house left my old dishwasher with wires exposed as in the picture. I have called several times and nobody have heen able to resolve this issue because the bundle of kitchen appliances i ordered is still in the truck of the delivery company. He didn't carry out my delivery and installation because he requested $150 to install the dishwasher and i only asked if the total tech package i bought didn't include the cost he was asking me. He then said let me ask best buy. Only for him to call bestbuy representative and inform them that he will be taking everything back because my dishwasher wasn't able to be installed. This is the worse service I have ever received. It's been 5 days now. I called bestbuy to inform them that at least if the delivery will not be completed my old appliance should be put back together. They promised to send someone to come do that ASAP. But today is the 5th day no solution. Just FYI bestbuy. I have 2 little kids under the ages of 4 yrs. Thus the condition that the technician left my old dishwasher is a safety hazard.

The installation team that delivered and installed our unit were the best. They went above and beyond expectations. Truly a great experience.

First attempt took three hours and an additional $90.00 charge by installer for a hose kit I had already purchased through Best Buy. The hose used for draining kinked up and water flooded kitchen. Second attempt put in a 90 degree elbow and a generic rubber hose and it seems to work now. Four hose clamps later, it is working.

We got an exchange program and was scheduled new dishwasher installation and old dishwasher haul away on the same day 10/2 and the time window is 3-7pm. At 11am I got the call “we’ll be your home 20 mins”, I said you can come after 2pm. In the afternoon, a delivery team came and delivered the new dishwasher, but they are not installation team?! After they left, another team called us that they cannot install the new dishwasher if the old one is still connected?! You should disconnect old dishwasher and haul away, deliver the new dishwasher and install it. All messed up. Since then, the new dishwasher sits in the middle of my kitchen and no one ever showed up. Even I called lots of times and made more than 3 new appointments, the NJ appliance team never showed up on the appointment date and did their job. For example, today 10/14, in the morning I was told by Bestbuy customer service that the time window is 9:30-12:30. By 1 pm, I called again and Bestbuy customer service told me the time window is 2-3pm. By 4pm, I called again, the Bestbuy customer service told me this order was never out and I have to reschdule the appointment. Please do the job and respect the returning customers.

They did an outstanding job, even though they had to deal with some difficulties the old wiring in my house created. They went above and beyond on this job and were even nice to los gatos.

This took months and countless phone calls to schedule the install and haul off. Guys installed it but didn’t test it. Wouldn’t drain. Came out to look at it and the unit was defective. Now we’re looking at who knows how long with no dishwasher before we can get the piece of garbage they sold us replaced. NEVER BUYING AN APPLIANCE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN.
