The installation team arrived on time and installed the dishwasher in a professional, courteous manner. I was not home but they explained use of the machine to my wife and made sure that they did not leave a mess in the kitchen. She was pleased which is good enough for me.

My thought at purchase was that installation was over priced. However, the crew sent out was first rate. They did a good job, helped resolve an issue, explained and answered questions, cleaned up after, even petted my senior dog. They left quite a positive impression, so five stars

The Technician took his time to do a test run as well as clean throughly after the installation. I would recommend this sub-contractor for similar works ....

Didn’t show up and claimed I didn’t answer my phone or doorbell. I rescheduled the appointment. Then they charged me $150 for the installation even though FREE INSTALLATION was included in the price. They damaged the dishwasher when installing it, there is a dent on the bottom of the front panel. Now I’m trying to get the dent repaired.

The two guys who removed our previous dishwasher and installed our new dishwasher were both friendly and straight forward in getting the install done correctly the first time. When the time comes for another install, then my hope would be to get them or someone else as capable.

Installers were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the entire process. They even used some additional materials to make sure there was no gap. Great job

We were very pleased with the installation of our dishwasher. The installers kept us informed of their arrival, and, once at our house, they were very fast, friendly, and professional. They had the old dishwasher out and the new one in, connected, and tested in little more than 30 minutes. If you need your dishwasher installed, we could not recommend Best Buy’s installation service more highly.

I have purchased a lot of items, appliances & other items, and have been satisfied with products, and service, in the past. I recently purchased the installed dishwasher, the installers appeared to know what they were doing. The only complaint I have was it took three(3)appointment changes by the installation company to have it installed. It was not a local or regional company. Communication prior to and post installation was impossible.

We are very pleased with th quietness of operation. The 2 features we like are; 1) the bottom up direct spay for silver basket & 2) the additional fan drying capability.

They did a great job. They were able to get the old dishwasher removed and the new one installed quickly and without any mess. Both gentleman were courteous and took the time to answer any questions I had. It was a very easy experience.

The gentlemen who installed my dishwasher called ahead the night before and half an hour before they arrived. They were courteous and did a great job with the installation. Explained to me how to use controls and left me a card if I had any questions or problems. Great job!
