Installers showed up before appointment but did call first to make sure that it was okay. They ended up doing a good job after borrowing tools from me.

The installers worked all day and arrived at 8 pm to install the dishwasher. As tired as they were, they took there time and did an outstanding job. I will request these same guys for my next install.

Technician was professional and knew what he was doing. After installing he showed us how to operate it and gave us some good recommendations as well

Very professional install. On-time. Very clean. The only minus is that they required replacement of an adaptor and installation of some kind of a valve, which I had not been warned about ahead of time. And charges $130 for this, with no opportunity to shop for a better deal.

Efficient and professional installers. Cleaned behind dishwasher when the old one was removed. Stayed to run appliance and make sure everything was working.

The installation and workers did a great job. The only issue was in the scheduling as The time of installation changed multiple time which affected my daily planning.

The 2 man team that installed our new Bosch dishwasher did an excellent job. They showed up on time and made quick work of getting the old machine out and the new one up and running, Would have taken me a lot longer to do the job and made getting the new dishwasher that much nicer.

The serviceman who came was exceptional. He took all COVID pre-cautions and explained how to use the machine. He did an exceptional job installing everything under the sink, and his craftsmanship was exceptional.

I don’t know if anyone at BB Office reads this. The crew was good. Being hit up for the additional $95 plumbing was a bummer. It was a $35 part at the most, they were already here and I paid for the full installation. He didn’t have to do the electrical junction box that was part of the labor. So the 5 minute plumbing cost should have been waived instead of the electric. I calculate I paid $60 extra for nothing!

Expert installation by the Geek Squad. The new dishwasher had a electrical wire for the drying element not properly connected from the factory. Geek Squad figured it out and fixed it. Works fine now.

The installer was professional, did a great job and all is well. Only complaint I have is that at the time of scheduling the best Best Buy could do was give me a day. Let's just waste the customers time, it's not important to Best Buy. I was told by the installation company that he would be here between 2 and 4 PM. He calls me and tells me he will be there at 11:30. Well, I had gone to work figuring I could come home in the afternoon. So I had to bolt and zoom home to let the installer in. Again, it tells me that my time isn't important to Best Buy. News flash, people have to work to afford to buy your appliances.

Dishwasher: Installer arrived on time (10:30), and learned I was the first appointment. However was told when booking the appointment that's the first time slotwas taken. Not so!!! Assumed installer knew what he was doing. However at the end of the install I had to direct him to realign the unit since it was not properly aligned with the cabinet and countertop!!! Hopefully, the more technical aspects of the install were performed properly...

Installation was on time and seems to have been done well. In general I like Best Buy installation and think they do a good job

Installation went very well. Installer was knowledgeable and even familiar with potential problems with our situation (17 year old modular home) and had the necessary adapters. Courteous as well!

The installers showed up pretty much on time. The installers did call from NOVA to let us know the delivery time which was a little later than our original Best Buy delivery time, but they did give us 24 hours notice. The installers installed the dishwasher quickly and efficiently.

These guys were totally amazing, they came in took out the old dishwasher, unpacked the new one, inspected and replaced the old water line and power box, installed the new one, adjusted it, cleaned up, showed me the manual, went over the basic usage and off they went, loved the install team.
