It got done by some very kind installers; however, we had to call whirlpool to have someone come out and fix it. The install forgot to actually plug in the power to the heating mechanism on the bottom of the dishwasher so nothing was getting clean. Also, they secured the dishwasher through the feet - very unconventional but was told they didn't have another way to do it. Also, we have a standard kitchen depth but the dishwasher doesn't go in all the way so the side rubber flaps stick out. I would recommend having a private installer do it - they'll take more time and not be worried about getting it done so quickly.

After having to reschedule numerous times due to Covid we finally had it installed and are very happy with the machine and installers Professional fast and clean. Good response from store regarding install.

We were very pleased with the installation service on our new dishwasher. The service was quick, and the workspace was left clean and neat. The Technician was friendly and fully explained the operation and features of the new dishwasher. We did have a problem with an original schedule being missed because the unit was damaged when they went to pick it up; but a second installation date was set four days later and everything went smoothly and to our complete satisfaction. The plan was for the old dishwasher to be put on our drive to be picked up later but the installer had plenty of room on his truck so he took it with him - another "win" as far as we are concerned. Highly recommend the service.

They did the job and were fairly clean. Everything was installed well and works. I wasn't totally impressed with their cable and tube management -- but overall good job.

Bruce & Justin did a great job with the communication before they arrived, were prompt and friendly, and did an excellent job installing the dishwasher. They did not leave until it was perfectly balanced and I knew how to operate it the first time.

Installation itself went smoothly - once it finally happened. There were SNAFUs all along the way with scheduling. The BB and the installer's systems did not work well together. The installer would confirm for the wrong location - where we live in 1 state - not where the item was going to be installed - in another state. This happened 3x. We finally got help from someone in corporate who was able to look and make the installation happen. BB did offer some incentive for all of the trouble. We really do like the dishwasher which is why we went through all of these challenges to get it installed.

Very patient, kind, helpful. Did a great job both installing and a high level overview. I would give the full 5 stars if they had arrived in the time window chosen. They came early and while they did call and leave a message, I wasn't available to answer as I was on a work call. So had to end a meeting early and cancel the next meeting to be free for the earlier arrival.

The gentlemen from Hawaii Unified Construction who installed my dishwasher were awesome. They were smart, friendly and professional.

A few months ago, I purchased a new refrigerator from BestBuy and had an amazing delivery experience. I don't give praise on delivery/installation lightly because I've had some HORRIBLE experiences with delivery/installation with other stores. For example, I had purchased a washer/dryer from a big box home improvement store (starts with "L") and the delivery people left the appliances in the middle of my kitchen -- the room they were supposed to put them in was the next room over! They didn't even leave all of the parts needed for the appliances. Needless to say, I was worried about the next round of appliances. So, when the fridge came and was a perfect installation (including hooking up the water), I knew I would return. So, when I needed a dishwasher, I was sure to go back to BestBuy. Again, it was a perfect experience. He was in and out in under 1/2 hour, didn't leave a bit of mess or even a shred of plastic for me to clean up. I highly recommend the service!

Had Best Buy install my new dishwasher 2 years ago. It just stopped working and I found out the installers had no clue what they were doing and almost burned the house down. I would not ever trust Best Buy TotalTech with anything electrical. The wire nuts that were on the neutral and ground wires had melted. The hot wires were just twisted and taped but the tape is all burnt off. Best Buy wants to charge me $125 to just diagnose the problem. The problem is their installation.

Had never had professional installation before. Was happy with technician that came. He worked very efficiently and showed me a few key things about running my new dishwasher before leaving. Placed my old washer out in garage to make it easier for us to haul away.

Dishwasher and new install kit were delivered on time. Professionally installed. Courtesy and knowledgeable installers.

The dishwasher install went well. The team was responsive and but not very prudent when installing the appliance. My panel ready dishwasher is misaligned with the cabinetry by about 1/2 inch so the team will need to come back to redo this.

I run the dishwasher after dinner; in the morning they are clean and dry, which are my 2 main requirements. The quiet operation is a bonus. The door is a little tight and the controls require careful reading of the manual, but not really a problem.

The installers were efficient and well-mannered. They called to let me know they were on their way and then once again before entering my home. All went well.

Great job. Both guys were professional and got the job done efficiently.
