I had high hopes for Best Buy install as I was assured that a new vendor was being utilized for installs. I was fully aware of the past poor reviews of installations. No such luck. I had a long run for dishwasher water and drain and purchased a certified Bosch drain extension and also a water extension with coupler (all installed and ready). I routed a new electrical pass through to eliminate Bosch junction box. It was basically a drop and connect install. Bosch specifically states in its install guide "do not use an extension cord". The first thing the installer asked for was an extension cord. Installer crimped drain hose extension to force fit it to the existing machine drain hose (see photo). I specifically asked that the installation instructions be followed and a high loop be utilized to act as a catch. The dishwasher was not flush with counter front upon completion. After first wash i noticed some water on the floor. I pulled out the unit and observed NO high loop was utilized (even though i left a hang support in place). The excess water and drain hoses were simply dropped and wedged on the floor between the washer and the back wall (this is also where i observed the crimp and jam installation). By the way the power cord fits just fine through the new route I provided. All in all the installers were pleasant but did a horrible job. Maybe it was because it was late in the day. All running now.

The installers were here 3 times to complete the installation of my dishwasher due to some complications with it fitting. They never gave up and left me hanging.

The installation was quick and seemed to be easy however I'm not completely happy because it looks a little unprofessional but Ii just didn't have or make the time to call them back.

They were on time, skilled and obviously familiar with the product. They demonstrated how to run the dishwasher and basically were professional and helpful.

The people they have installing dishwashers were completely unprofessional. They ghosted me twice and then tried to lie about the store being closed on Juneteenth so they couldn’t pick it up. Then my machine was lost for a few days. They finally returned it to the store where the geek squad delivered it and I installed it myself. Thank goodness for YouTube and a healthy dose of stubbornness. I also had to uninstall the old one because apparently the geek squad is not allowed to do anything with a water/electricity combo in my state. The Best Buy manager was great and was tracking down my machine and keeping me informed but it was extremely frustrating. I wish they would have given me a gift card or store credit since the whole process took about a month from when it first was supposed to be delivered to when I finally put it in by myself. I would not buy another appliance from Best Buy unless they had a different subcontractor installing. What a nightmare.

I purchased Smart Choice, Install kit which contained T valve but the installer was asking for the part that I already purchased and also the air gap connector which should have been included. I had to send out my contractor to purchase the parts and also he had to reinstall that part which will cost me installation costs. I went with a Best Buy installer to avoid voiding the warranty and I'm really concerned if this will affect my dishwasher warranty.

Dishwasher itself excellent. Review is of installation.After placing a level in several places, installer said even though the level was off, it was the best he could do. Blamed it on my cabinets, countertops and flooring which when the level was placed there, all were level. Appliance is set crooked and is unlevel in every surface. Also have piece of rubber trim that is bent forward, he said it was because it was new, its now 3 weeks of use, more bent because the door is catching each time and now rubbing and scratching my cabinet. Called for a re-install and had date of 12/23 confirmed only to find out it was cancelled and I wasn’t notified. Called Geek Squad, they couldn’t tell me why. So now we have tape over the trim to try and protect my cabinet and no re-install date. Has to be investigated. Meantime, return date expires in 2 days.

Samsung makes an excellent product, easy to use and free of any defect. The staff at Best Buy are always helpful and great to do business with.

The installer was very professional. There were no issues.

Our dishwasher was never installed. After further research, we discovered we were given false information by the installers. They told us that the dishwasher we purchased could not be installed because it was closed bottomed system and they could not install it. Customer Service at Best Buy did not support this claim, All that needed to be done was to re-route our water line. My old dishwater was not broken, but yet it was taken completely out of my kitchen and taken to the curb and now we are left without an appliance. Best Buy has given us credit on account for the dishwasher, but not for the installation. I will NEVER use this service again....not trustworthy at all. Not only is the $160 charge still on my account for a service I did not receive but also a $30 tool kit. I will need to call Customer Service (again 3rd time today) to ask for credit for these two items. Do NOT use the 3rd party installers...you will be disappointed.

Installation was easy and fast with the very experienced installers.

Install was quick and professional. But they only checked for leaks under the dishwasher and not the drain hookup. first run it was dumping all water into cupboard. a quick inspection would have shown that it was not properly connected.

Beautiful inside and out. I love the dark features on the inside which hide water marks and possible stains
