Best Buy couldn’t install our new dishwasher because of our plumbing problems. They were right. After they dropped off the dishwasher, we called our plumbers to correct the problem. Your installers made the correct decision because our plumber had to fix the problem and it took them a lot of work. We may have been frustrated with your installers but they were right.

This dishwasher is very quiet and the storage space is great. The down fall is even when filled with jet dry the dishes are still wet when the cycle is done.

Michael was professional with the installation. He is an outstanding field representative for Best Buy. Fantastic with installs, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. You have a special employee in Michael! My wife didn't think that she needed to have a class on our dishwasher, but Michael knew it would help so he found a way to softly convince her to spend a few minutes with him. Well worth it for sure as this new dishwasher is much more capable then our last one! Kudos to Michael (Shaq)!

Dishes are clean and dry. Wash/dry cycle a bit long. Virtually silent. The installer was excellent. Did a careful job with the installation, explained operation of the machine to us.

The two man team that did the installation, deserves more than five stars. They were helpful and did the job well. I am so glad that I did not go to any other box store. Thank you

The installer was on time, called ahead, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very quick on the install, explained what he was doing, how long it was going to take. I really do recommend the service- a great value, much better than trying to do it myself!

The dishwasher install team were friendly and did the job correctly. They were honest as some plumbing was needed to keep the warranty and the job was done on the spot to keep the install occuring.

The first dishwasher delivered was installed fine, before we noticed an imperfection. A second crew had to remove that dishwasher, and install another one. Both crews that did the installations worked quickly, and seemed competent in what they did.

For the short time we've had it, it is very quite, does a very good job on dishes and silverware. Have not used it on pots and pans, so I cannot comment on that aspect.
