The installer did a great job: thoroughly checked the appliance for working condition, carefully bring in the new appliance and remove old appliance to avoid damage to floors and walls. I am very please with the installer' work. thank you

So quiet I didn't realize it was running. Do wish cycle was a tad bit shorter. Installer was terrific. Process of installation was very good

The space for the dishwasher was a bit tight. When it was slid under the counter, the screws that attach the dishwasher to the underside of the counter, scratched the top of the door. When the dishwasher is brought into your home, check the top of the dishwasher door to confirm no scratches so if it scratched during installation, report it immediately. The good news is Best Buy took responsibility and provided some cash back. The scratch wasn’t sever enough to request a replacement.

Two men arrived on time,unhooked and removed old appliances and installed new. They checked to make sure every thing was in good working order and cleaned up before leaving.They are the best installers you would ever want.

The installation service was great and have to rate the best among the past 3 major appliance installations I purchased from Best Buy within the past three months. Moreover, the service man was nice and not in any rush to move on to the next appointment. Also, he was very informative on discussing how the dishwasher operates and answered all of my questions, which was plentiful. Lastly he even performed a trial run to ensure that the dishwasher was performing optimally, He genuinely cared that I felt comfortable operating the appliance, a true professional.

The technician called ahead of time to state his arrival time and he was right on time. Hex was very efficient in his installation and left everything clean!

purchased kitchen aid dishwasher with free install. The scheduling through best buy was easy. The plumber called the evening before with a time window. They called again the day just before arriving. Installation was fast, clean and professional.

The installer did an excellent job. He was professional and efficient. When done he demonstrated and explained everything. Patient and cleaned his mess when leaving.

So far the replacement dishwasher is working ok. Too bad the original Geek Installation team didn't know what they were doing. The removal and reinstal gentlemen was great. I will always be hesitant to use regular Geek Squad techs.

1st dishwasher apparently was a "lemon"...waited several days for 2nd one to be delivered and installed...but it seems to be a good dishwasher.

The install team did a great job, was very careful, and explained everything thoroughly. They even helped move our old appliances where we asked which was a big help.

The man who delivered the dishwasher was nice and friendly, was very diligent in keeping me abreast in the specific delivery time and the install went smoothly and quickly

Still getting used to the new dishwasher. I have had to dry some things after the cycle ended. The two installers were very polite, professional asks pleasant to talk too. They completed the installation as quickly as possible and did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Very impressed how quiet this dishwasher is! You really can't tell it's running until it is draining. Had ot have a service call because one of the spray arms popped off. But, seemed like an easy fix and is running well.
