The Best Buy installation team is very good. Dishwasher was delivered with care and they explained the basics on using the product.

The guys did a great job setting up my new dishwasher. No leaks, ran right the first time, and even worked around a tricky space.

Worked quietly while I worked from home. Fairly quick process.

First off, the actual installation performed by the technicians went well, as they were both professional, and did a very good job. Now, for the rest of the story. I purchased this dishwasher on 2/23, and set up a delivery date of the afternoon of March 2nd. Around lunchtime on the day of delivery, I got a call from the delivery service,(The Geek Squad, or as found the real name of Installations Inc.) Someone called telling me that their delivery truck broke down and wouldn't be able to do the install. Then he preceded to ask me which delivery date was more convenient to me, March 18th, or the 27th? I replied that those dates were totally unacceptable, as that the closed date was 16 days away. I asked the man, as to why they could not use another truck, or rent one. He could not give me an answer. I was very upset, and wanted to talk to his Supervisor. He told me he would call me, which he didn't. Later in the day, someone else called, who was not a Supervisor, asking me again, which date was acceptable, the 18th, or 27th? Again, I said neither date is unacceptable, as they were 16 plus days away. Again, I asked to talk to a Supervisor, and still to this day, have not talked to one. I went back to Best Buy to talk to the woman I had purchased the dishwasher from. She was also a floor supervisor, and her name was Franki. She was very polite, and told me she would check into it, and call me back. She never did. A few days later, I did however talk to her Supervisor, and I believe her name was Rose. She was very understanding, and also gave me an additional 100.00 off of my purchase, and got my delivery moved up to the 13th. I still wasn't happy with the date, but she said she had no control over the delivery dates, as they are contracted out. I thanked her for her efforts. Finally, the day before the delivery, I got a call to confirm my delivery. She told me my time would be between, 4-8 pm. I told her I had a very important appointment that evening at 7pm, and I needed an earlier appointment. She told me, she would put me at the front of the list, and I told her that they could even show up earlier than 4pm, as I would be home. She told me that she would try for earlier than 4pm, but that worst case scenario, I would be first on the delivery list. Again I was disappointed, as the installation team showed up at 7:15pm, and I missed my scheduled appointment that was at 7pm. So, because of a broken down truck, it still took an additional 11 days, and I also missed an important appointment. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again, that requires an installation. Stay away from the Geek Squad, and consider yourself warned.

Its a dishwasher okay. It washes dishes. The best thing is it's noise level. Virtually nonexistent. Thankfully it has a light that lets you know it's running.

Technicians were on time, polite, and knowledgeable about the product. There was an issue with my old wires but the tech fixed it with no problems before installing my dishwasher.

The company On Time Delivery and Installation that delivers for BEST BUY, Delivered, Relocated and installed Our Appliances. We had a Refrigerator, Gas Range Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave replaced. They did a Wonderful job All the Way Around. We received Text the day before letting us know they were coming as Scheduled with a time estimate. On the Day of Delivery we received updated text and also Text when they were on the Way. Gabrielle and Ralphel were Excellent on Delivery, Relocation, and installation. They were Professional, Very Knowledgeable and also Personable throughout the entire process. I would Recommend them to Anyone.

The installer was on time and prepared to remove the old dishwasher. He made sure that the machine was working properly and that there were no leaks. He showed me how the dishwasher worked.

When they arrived to install the dishwasher, we ran into an issue where the dishwasher was hardwired and they would not install. When we purchased appliances in the past through Best Buy, the "installation" included any minor upgrades like adding a receptacle. When we spoke to customer service, they confirmed that they used to provide the service, but have changed. They also stated that when purchasing in-store, the representative clearly explains the changes to be made to the home before delivery. I ordered online...where I wasn't notified of the policy change, so they canceled delivery—creating another issue of rescheduling, which, if you reschedule it, could be months out. While I disagree with the way they handled things and the use of the term "installation," it is a necessary part of the process, but not as easy and reliable as it once was. I would use it again, but know there may be some headaches ahead.

Arrived as scheduled, took necessary precautions, cleaned up after installation and dishwasher has performed well.
