My Bosch dishwasher was a Best Buy, but the installation was not. First, you don't get Geek Squad delivery and install as intranet site proclaims, but some third party local company. They installed dishwasher and didn't know what to do with certain parts, so after I suggested a few times to read the instructions, he slapped it together and left. And did it wrong. Numerous calls to the store over 3 days was about as useless as the installer. I called and they rescheduled and said they would send another installer. Well, the same installer arrived. He attempted to reinstall exactly how he slapped it together the first time so I showed him the instructions and pictures and demanded he do it right. This is the second issue I've had with Best Buy on installation, so I will not buy anything that requires install.

My dishwasher installation was great! They removed the old unit, and installed a new dishwasher. They worked quickly and neatly, and wore masks the whole time. I was impressed!

Tecommended by the salesperson as Bosch d/w not available. Very quiet. The installation was professional, all questions answered and they cleaned up the floor and cabinet carefully.

The installer arrived on time and was very pleasant. He removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one easily. He took his time leveling it and making sure it was well positioned, and then made sure he cleaned up everything afterwards.

I'm very happy with the color and how quite it is when running. Have not had a chance to test it out throughly but glad I picked this model.

The two gentlemen who delivered and installed my dishwasher were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They asked permission when they needed to make any changes to my space. I am thoroughly satisfied with their service.

The two men that installed our new Bosh dishwasher were both fast and professional. They reviewed everything with us step by step and went over operating it in detail. They were on time and did a good job cleaning up when they were done.

The first time we scheduled our dishwasher installation, Best Buy’s contractor never arrived and never contacted us as to why they didn’t come. I waited for a call back from Best Buy for almost 30 minutes for them to tell me that they couldn’t get in touch with the contractor, and then, they just rescheduled the installation for the next available appointment with the same contractor. The next appointment wasn’t until was another week later! The contractor did show up for the second appointment and installed the dishwasher. It appears that they installed it properly as it works and doesn’t leak. However, I would recommend paying extra to hire your own reliable plumber to install your Best Buy appliances rather than rely on Best Buy’s installation service.

The dishwasher itself is great, but the installers & the installation was punctual, professional, & it went off without a hitch! The gentlemen that installed the machine are true assets to Best Buy’s Geek Squad.

Everything went well and seems to be working okay so far. Good communication prior to arrival, the installer was professional and they hauled away the old machine. Purchased the protection plan for additional peace of mind.

PROMPT, professional and friendly. It was a good experience. They were careful to not nick or damge anything. They did a great job of testing the unit for leaks etc. before they left. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Although my dishwasher purchase had some problems, the Best Buy installers were excellent ! They arrived when promised, they were professional and they installed my new dishwasher without any issues. I highly recommend these installers.

This review is for a expensive GE monogram dishwasher. The first time it was delivered it was damaged, and the third party installer neglected to put in the insulation. The 2nd replacement, for the damaged one, took forever to get delivered,and was damaged as well. The third one took even longer, and my online account had been so messed with by online representatives, that it was insane. However, with the help from the Geek Squad manager “Zack, “ and a geek squad installer “Lance,” I finally was able to get in installed properly and it appears to have no damage. I will never order another appliance online, but will go through actual store and Geek Squad. The dishwasher itself is beautiful and I paid dearly for it in more ways than one!
