The dishwasher works correctly but was installed crooked which I didn’t notice right away unfortunately. The technician also understandably removed items from under my sink that were in the way but never put them back, leaving me to clean up his mess. This was the first installer from any company I have had out that didn’t replace items that were moved. He also asked me for a towel/rag. Not sure why he didn’t bring all of the tools/supplies required for the job. He was pleasant but unprofessional.

Installation done on dishwasher was very professional, courteous and personable.

They installers did a poor job on the initial date and had to return the next day to adjust the installation. On the third day I used the dishwasher and water leaked all over my kitchen floor and into my living room area. I now have two boards on my living room floor that are warping. The cabinet area that holds the dishwasher is scratched and knicked in places.

I had a dishwasher delivered and installed and the old one removed. The servicemen were very friendly, attentive, arrived early for the appointment. We needed power to our Internet router to work from home and attend school, and they did everything possible to quickly complete the work for which the power was turned off. Not being knowledgeable about dishwasher installations, I didn't recognize their rookie installation error until I found 3" of water backed up into the bottom of my dishwasher a month after the installation. After consulting a video on YouTube posted by a professional contractor, I recognized that the drain tube loop was not looped above the connection to my sink drain, it was looped under and around the dishwasher water supply tube, so it needs to be disconnected, looped high in the cabinet and reconnected. (It's the white tube in the photo. I have now been on the phone with Best Buy for more than 40 minutes and cannot even get an appointment to correct the installation. I have spent most of the time on hold. The dishwasher is great, but they need to vet their 3rd party contractors better and get more people to actually answer their phones.

Tony the professional third party contractor who installed my replacement dishwasher was fabulous! EVERYTHING ELSE about this whole situation was garbage. 0 out of 5 stars. I was told that I could ask for compensation after the new dishwasher was installed. That, in and of itself, is stupid. Given the misinformation, the incompetence of the Geek Squad technicians, the many days off of work confined to my home waiting for service - which two out of four visits the service was non existent. This seriously has me reconsidering any future major purchases from Best Buy. This whole process took many months - since September, several visits, and hours of phone calls to finally be resolved today. It also cost me over almost $500 to replace my barely one year old dishwasher with a 5 year extended warranty that was good for two months!! What a scam! I had to purchase another warranty for this dishwasher. Ridiculous!! I’m praying this dishwasher isn’t a lemon like the last one.

This company that best by hired to delivered was terrible. First they did not speak english. They could not tell you anything abut washer or dryer , but just read the book. They dropped it out of their truck (which we saw completely with our eyes). So both were electronically damaged. I told best buys and no one seemed to care. They need their own delivery people and they sould speak engish unless if they were going to a non english household. This wS a terrible experience.

Paid for installation of new dishwasher. Installation techs made fun of 'previous installer" (unknown to them, that was me) using side anchor screws and under counter anchors screws. They said it was a waste of time. First time I pulled out the top and bottom rack at the same time, the dishwasher tipped over and nearly broke some dishes. Called BESTBUY and they sent the same installer out. He quickly inserted two side anchor screws and left. One side anchor screw missed the cabinet wood and has already fallen out, the other is set about a 1/4" further in, making the dishwasher past vertical and slightly crooked. Don't have time to keep wasting time waiting for incompetent installer to come out and fix it.

Excellant installation. Friendly, efficient, and clean.

Installers broke part of the cabinet during installation. Did not anchor the dishwasher. Did not install drain tube properly. Kitchen faucet stopped working and loss water pressure after installation. Call to get them to come back out. Missed scheduled appointment for the second time. Still need them to fix problems during installation. Poor service. Not professional. Demanding refund for installation.

Not thrilled. When it was scheduled to be installed they couldn’t do it because I need a different hose; would have been nice if they asked me when we set up installation. Then I paid more to get the right hose, they didn’t take the other hose back and then when it was installed there is foam sticking out from the bottom of the dishwasher. I called to ask them to come back out, I got no response and then I lost the number.

Terrible experience with install. I had the professionals arrive at my door and they spoke very rudely with my wife. They they started measuring the slot and stating that the dishwasher wont fit. For context, I had a bosch dishwasher with the same dimensions as the Thermador one for height. They refused to install unless I signed off on a damage waiver. After I took it upon myself to measure and show thatm that the dishwasher will fit, they agreed to proceed. Then the real nightmare begun. They had no idea on how to pull out the previous dishwasher and they damaged my countertop and floor. I had to pull out the previous one myself and push the new one in since they did not want to install it. Eventually everything fit and the dishwasher worked but this was anything but a pro installation experience. Extremely disappointed with the service.

The wayer supply hose was incorrectly installed so that it is over and dragging into my silverware drawer. I tried to schedule the. to come out to fix this issue and they came hours before anyone was to be home. They happend to come when my son had stopped by but he had no idea what was wrong and according to what they told him 1 the person I spoke to on the phone had not told rhe install team anything. They thought they wete here to do a new install. 2 the repair was supposed to be scheduled for between 2:30 and 7 pm but they arrived before noon. And 3 someone was supposed to call me back to arrange a refund of my installation charge as the repair guys can't come when they are scheduled so i will have to hire somebody who can come when we are home to fix it!

The dishwasher itself is installed and working so far - that's why it gets 2 stars instead of 1. But there were several issues with the install: 1) there is a gap between the new dishwasher and the cabinetry, 2) the installer left the cabinet door next to the new dishwasher crooked and not hanging on the hinges properly like it was before and 3) the installer left a huge mess in my kitchen - dirty cabinets, junk on the floor, even found his broken screw driver out in my driveway!

Just nope. I did not have a good installation experience. The install crew was 3 people for some reason… for a dishwasher. That seemed excessive. They didn’t remove shoes or use shoe protector things on a rainy day. They asked to use my paper towels and bath towels for the cleanup. the dishwasher is installed crooked, unlevel, and the door doesn’t close properly. I was told “that’s the best it can go in because of all the cords behind it”. Pics are how it looks with the door completely closed. Not impressed & wont be using Best Buy for an appliance installation again. The dishwasher itself is nice.

Had to redo part myself installer screwed power box to my wood floor and i couldn't push dishwasher in flush with countertop. I had to buy and install vapor barrier that manual calls for on particle board counters myself to prevent damage. Best Buy should install or list as optional
