This LG is a very, very quiet dishwasher that fits into a space with only 33.75" in height available.. As far as I saw the LG is the only unit that fits into limited height. I am very pleased with it so far....hardly know its running!

The tech showed up on time was friendly and courteous and did a good job. He hauled away the old dishwasher, packing material from the new dishwasher and was done in about an hour.

Installed correctly. Removed and took away the old one. Only hiccup was the installer being a few hours later than scheduled. Installer was nice and professional though.

First installer didn't want to take a chance on damaging counter or floor; second installation with different guy went beautifully and was perfect. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable - provided tips for use also. Very happy!

Installers did a fantastic job putting in our dishwasher.

The two guys did a quick job of installing the new dishwasher and spent a couple of minutes giving me an idea of how to operate it. I'm glad I didn't try to tackle this myself.

I am very pleased with the performance of this dishwasher. Not only are the dishes spotless but the interior of the washer stays shiny. You can barely hear it when its running and the run time is much less than I anticipated.

They came, they saw, they removed, they installed... it was seamless and left us with a perfectly running unit... Who knew "Greeks" could install a dishwasher... :-)

First instillation did not drain...2nd visit plumber found kink in hose ...works now...manager offered 15% refund...nice

There was much confusion between Best Buy. Com and the store location. It was not mentioned that I would need a dedicated outlet for the machine and that Best Buy would not hard wire install. I read through all of the paperwork and this info was Nowhere. This delayed my install be 3 weeks. As for the machine itself, works good but the bottom tray slides off the track almost every time it is pulled out. A little annoying!

The person that installed our dishwasher (Brody) did an outstanding job. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t leave one speck of debri. Best Buy is very fortunate to have an installer like Brody!

The installers were great. Best Buy made this harder becuase I was not notified of upgrades I needed to make in my home until the installation contractor called the day before the scheduled delivery and installation. We had to delay the installation until I could have an electrician and a plumber come to make the required changes as per "code".

The techs did a great job and although we had a few installation issues and had to reschedule, not related to the techs but plumbing, they got the job done and were very helpful.

I had to wait over a month to get my dishwasher installed due to the third party service for installation. NOT acceptable!!!!!!! When I finally got to talk to the manager of my Best Buy {by going to the store} I got excellent service. Please git rid of the third party service!!!!!!!

Installation by professional, capable, efficient service men

Wasn't sure if I should get the install for my dishwasher dorm Best Biy but I did and am glad. The guys were great. Very nice and professional. Took their time to make sure it was installed correctly. Would use this service again

The guy who did the installation was fantastic! Polite, fast, neat and a great job. Our counter is a tight fit for dishwashers and he was able to get it to work!

The installer was very knowledgeable and had a very precise method to install. He prepared the area and quickly had it installed amend cleaned up the small bit of mess from the old washer. Very satisfied.
