The installation on our dishwasher was excellent. The installer was very professional and took all measures necessary to make sure that we felt safe allowing him into our home.

The installers were on time, had all the tools they needed. Completed the removal of the old dishwasher and installation of the new one very quickly. They even took the time to test run it and show some of the features,

Machine is great. Runs quiet and cleans well. Was missing correct mounting screws for kick plate. Installer did not anchor properly When cleaning floor kick plate fell out onto floor. Service shipped correct party and a few days later a tech came out and installed correct parts.

The technician called before coming and when he arrived he made the dishwasher work out meaning he spent extra time adjusting the fit and everything has been working perfectly for 6 months. Great service, low cost and great value.

The install team was great! Very polite, picked up after themselves. Very personable I didn't like the fact that I had to pay an additional $180 to the installers to convert my dishwasher electric to a plug in without that being mentioned when I purchased the dishwasher. The wiring with the plug was already in my package that I paid for at the store.

The installers for my dishwasher were polite and accommodating for my work schedule. They had to do some adjustments and manipulating to fit the dishwasher in the spot of the old one. Did a great job!

Professional, knowledgeable, no complaints about stairs, cleaned up afterwards - and nice getting the heads-up call prior to arrival. Only thing - I had to re-install a fraction-of-an-inch further back in cabinet after they left; protruding handle on dishwasher door prevented adjacent drawer on cabinet at right-angle to dishwasher from opening. I think this is something they should've checked on.

When the old dishwasher was removed from under the cabinet, we discovered that the old leaking washer caused considerable damage to the floor. This was something the installers could not/should not fix. I indicated that I would repair the water damage and install the dishwasher myself. They did take the old washer with them. they also indicated that they would come back after the repairs and complete the installation. The way the company handled the awkward situation was friendly and very acceptable. I finished the installation myself after the repairs. The installation was relatively simple due to the good instructions included with the dishwasher.

The crew did a great job. They kept us informed about the upcoming installation appointment. They were on time. Installed the new unit with no issues. Left the kitchen clean and ready to use when they were done.
