I've had other appliances removed/ installed, this was the easiest removal of the old and the installation of the new.

the guys that put this in : did a fair job...…. they put it in and told me they where done... I went to look and well... IT WAS STICKING OUT ATLEAST 5INCH FROM COUNTERTOP....SO, I TOLD THEM THIS WAS NOT UP TO MY STANDERS....AND WANTED IT PUT IN AND EVEN WITH COUNTER TOP JUST LIKE THE OLD ONE THEY TOOK OUT...… SO,AFTER 4 HOURS THEY FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT.... I HOPE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys were fast, clean, knowledgeable and very friendly. They were in and out in a blink of an eye. They went through the machine with me and answered any questions I had. Definitely worth the money.

Had a one day delay due to an installer being out sick, but when they did show up the guys were very professional. Did a great job.

Geek Squad exceeded our expectation. Super efficient but were careful not to damage walls, carpets, etc. They knew what they needed to do and got it done quickly and took time to explain how to use the dishwasher.

Really quiet but smaller load area then previously owned LG. Controls are easy but there is no outside indicator to show the dishes are clean. No heating coil so dishes are often the next day. It does a nice job of cleaning but the lack of heating coil is frustrating, however, it appears all newer washers are the same. Install was fairly painless. High quality but lack of features is frustrating for nearly $1k.

The gentleman that installed the dishwasher was great to deal with. The installation was not standard since we live in manufactured home but he completed the service.

Installers were on time, respectful of my property and very knowledgeable. Would pay for install, they did a great job and I am very pleased.

I am happy with this product. It washes and dries well. It is not very noisy and is easy to use. I like the silver ware holder. Nothing slips down through the bottom and it keeps the silver ware from touching during washing.

Had a service tech install our dishwasher. He did a great job and had a much easier time because of the kit. It's a bit annoying that it's an extra charge since it is necessary. Just factor it into the price and you're fine.

My dishwasher was installed perfectly. I always use Best Buy!

My new dishwasher was carefully installed without any apparent difficulty. The employee who came out to do the installation was careful and mindful of my wood floors and granite countertop. Plus, he was right on time!

This all went really well - Brandon at the store suggested a "drop off one day, install the next" - this was the fastest way to install. He also sold me the Total Tech package - a good deal, covers some install/delivery/whatever costs - pleased with this. Robby was one of the installers, he showed me how to use the dishwasher, the options, he really knew what to demo/explain. Good job to him and his co-worker (didn't catch the name) Looking like I got lucky getting the dishwasher and the sales/installation - good job Best Buy!
