The products we received (dishwasher and install) were done on time and very professionally. The only issue we had was repeated robo calls about setting up the delivery after it was already installed. Once that issue was fixed the calls stopped. Unfortunately, we had to take 30 minutes to an hour of our time to fix their inability to close a ticket correctly.

They did a great job with installing the dishwasher and went over basic care and maintenance with me before leaving. Very nice and friendly the whole time they were there. I enjoyed how well the father and son worked quickly and smoothly together. They seemed very knowledgeable about the work being done as well as the product. I would recommend them to others who are having appliances installed.

Installed a Kitchen Aid stainless dishwasher. The purchase included free delivery and free installation provided I buy an installation kit. When the subcontracted plumber delivered the Dishwasher he wanted $300 to install and stated he needed a building permit for the installation ("that more than half of he cost of the dishwasher"). I decided to do the install myself, everything went well. SAFETY WARNING: The Hot and Neutral wires were both colored grey instead of the standard (black & white) this could result in a hot chassis. I had to use an ohm meter to determine which wire is Hot and which is Neutral.

Installation was efficient; rep was knowledgeable. he didn't clean up afterwards as much as other deliverymen I've had.

On time, quick, and dishwasher looks and works great!

Our 1990s dishwasher with the old rotary dial control died a few months ago. We purchased a CAFE dishwasher that matched our stove. We received free installation through our Totaltech membership. It took the installers 2 trips. We needed some plumbing and electrical work accomplished by a contractor prior to the final installation. The installer had already done 3 installations that day but he stayed late to get ours up and running 2 days before thanksgiving.

This was a replacement installation of a defective product. The original install personnel, though a nice person, did not know what he was doing and did not read the manufacturer’s instructions (even when pointed out the installation process was wrong, The replace personnel (two installers) were familiar with the product and it’s installation procedures. I am very happy with the reinstallation and the performance of the Kitchen Aid dishwasher.

Superb installation! Perfect in every way. You could tell that these men are masters of their craft. Efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you, Best Buy, for hiring people who have their act together!
