Installers came on time and with the proper kit to do the install. 30 min to finish. Took away old washer.

The men were very pleasant, told me everything they were going to need to do, cleaned up after themselves, and even though they were't hauling away the old unit they offered and removed it from the house into the garage for me.

The technician was meticulous and installed my dishwasher excellent. He knew how to satisfy us with the installation. Clean, professional and courteous. Thank you.

Best Buy uses an external contractor for the install and they were great. Very clean install and took the time to explain the new dishwasher. They even gave some helpful tips.

I couldn't wait to get rid of my old dishwasher. Within two days of buying a new Kitchen Aid at Best Buy, they had it installed and hauled off my old one. No problems at all!!

I wrote a nice review for the Install Kit. But I thought I was reviewing the installation. So, let me say again that the installation of the dishwasher was fast and smooth and well cleaned up afterwards.

Our installer was great! Clean, neat, fast. Took his time explaining how to use our new washer. And was very respectful of COVID concerns. All in all, excellent.

The first time my dishwasher was delivered was supposed to be between noon and 4 pm. They arrived at 7:30 pm and told me the dishwasher wouldn't fit without remodeling the counter. I picked out a smaller dishwasher, and this time they were on time, but charged me an extra $150 to remove the old dishwasher because I had a new floor put in recently. It involve cutting a few things with a tool and took all of five minutes. I would advise removing the old dishwasher yourself, for that price.

The first dishwasher I ordered broke after 2 cycles. This replacement seems to be holding up well so far. Only 5 cycles in so fingers crossed. Regardless the installation process & installers were easy to work with, affordable and professional.

Always ready for a hiccup during installs. My installed was here on time, communicated on the way and really knew what he was doing. He was also very careful with my new cabinets and cleaned up after himself.

The installer was excellent! Unfortunately, although not his fault, the installer was given the wrong delivery address and did not show up. I waited seven hours trying to contact the store and was only directed to your national call center. They only parroted the correct delivery address and said that he would show up. He did come the following Sunday and did an excellent job. The local store were not very helpful and never did explain the wrong delivery address.

The installers that came back and completed the job were extremely professional and efficient.

Installers came on time and got right to work, making sure water was turned off, located breaker box and cleaned up after themselves. I am now very happy to have a new functioning dishwasher with no leaks.

The install team was from Colorado and they were on time, polite and efficient. They had the old dishwasher out and new installed in less than 30 minutes.

I love the dishwasher but have had problems since day 1. It was installed with a large dent in the side of the door, returned to the store and arranged to have it replaced, the order was lost somehow and no installer showed up on the appointed day. Returned to store and arranged to have the dishwasher replaced, they came and the replacement dishwasher also had a dent in the same place. Returned to the store again and made a 3rd appt. for the dishwasher to be replaced. It is supposed to happen Dec 14, the original dishwasher was installed Oct 26th. I hope this will be the last time I have to go back to the store for this particular item. Everyone at the store has been very nice and very helpful and I love the product itself but very frustrated with the delays.
