The installer did an excellent job. He went beyond what was expected of him for a dishwasher installation.

The dishwasher installed on 4/15/21 is satisfactory. I just have one problem, the detergent dispenser does not open automatically, I changed from powder to liquid but it still doesn't work. I called GE around 7:00 pm yesterday to set up a service call, and someone was suppose to call me back to set up a time for service, but as of 5:00 pm, have heard nothing regarding a service appointment.

Did an excellent job of installing the new dishwasher and made sure it was level.

The space for the dishwasher was a bit tight. When it was slid under the counter, the screws that attach the dishwasher to the underside of the counter, scratched the top of the door. When the dishwasher is brought into your home, check the top of the dishwasher door to confirm no scratches so if it scratched during installation, report it immediately. The good news is Best Buy took responsibility and provided some cash back. The scratch wasn’t sever enough to request a replacement.

I usually hate paying for installations but with our dishwasher we landed a free one so no problems there! The guy had it installed and running in less than an hours. Was very nice and courteous and answered any questions we had. Great customer service

Installation was performed with professional expertise. They made sure everything worked properly and explained features before they left. They were very considerate entering home with shoe covers as to not drag in any dirt or snow.

Installers were respectful of my property, competent in their work and provided a demonstration of the appliance we purchased. I would recommend these gentlemen in the future.

The guys did a good job. Well worth the extra money to install in Hall the old one away.

Incomplete installation. The dishwasher was not mounted properly and the dishwasher leaks. I was told by the technicians that installed the over that it his supervisor was informed and scheduled a replacement. So far, not additional information provided. For the the three items I order and paid for on September 1, 2025 I have spent a minimum of six plus hours trying to get status reports and customer service. Best buy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Two men arrived on time,unhooked and removed old appliances and installed new. They checked to make sure every thing was in good working order and cleaned up before leaving.They are the best installers you would ever want.

I’ve now had 3 appliances installed in my home from the BestBuy crew. 100% top notch! From ordering to scheduling delivery and install, it was smooth. The installer for my dishwasher double checked every thing, including all hoses to make sure there were no leaks. She did see a spot where a leak was (not because of them) and she tighted it up and fixed it! She was great! Will always recommend BestBuy for everything!

The first time we scheduled our dishwasher installation, Best Buy’s contractor never arrived and never contacted us as to why they didn’t come. I waited for a call back from Best Buy for almost 30 minutes for them to tell me that they couldn’t get in touch with the contractor, and then, they just rescheduled the installation for the next available appointment with the same contractor. The next appointment wasn’t until was another week later! The contractor did show up for the second appointment and installed the dishwasher. It appears that they installed it properly as it works and doesn’t leak. However, I would recommend paying extra to hire your own reliable plumber to install your Best Buy appliances rather than rely on Best Buy’s installation service.

A Best Buy consultant came out to make sure the dishwasher would fit the space. It was tight, but she assured us the installers could make an adjustment to the top wood support to make it fit. Sure enough, she was right. Installer was very professional, knew what he was doing, and did it at no extra cost.

The installer arrived on time, finished the install in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. They took time to explain all the functions and details related to the operation of this machine.

Installed no problems, but didnt secure washer to counter top though.
