The guys had a terrible time putting my new unit into the space where the old one had been installed. They were so very friendly but I think they are still inexperienced. For whatever reason, I had to have the unit replaced because one of the sprayer bars became loose.

We had to have a previously installed (brand new) dishwasher replaced because it was defective. The same installer did both installations. We appreciated his honesty that the first one was broken and the new one works great.

Dishwasher was installed as promised. A bit late than scheduled but it’s all good.

One side sticks out a bit more than the other but only I can tell it seems. They did a decent enough job.

I’ve now had 3 appliances installed in my home from the BestBuy crew. 100% top notch! From ordering to scheduling delivery and install, it was smooth. The installer for my dishwasher double checked every thing, including all hoses to make sure there were no leaks. She did see a spot where a leak was (not because of them) and she tighted it up and fixed it! She was great! Will always recommend BestBuy for everything!

The installer was very polite and professional. There were some minor issues when switching to the new appliance so it took a lot longer than I expected; however, he made sure things were done right rather than quick.
