The installer was very nice and knowledgeable. He cleaned up his mess, made sure it was running propertly. It was a no hassle install. He removed my old appliance.

Came in and removed old dishwasher, installed new one with new accessories on time and efficient. Took old one out to garage as it was needed for a surge claim.

The boys were prompt, courteous, efficient, and neat.

The guys had a terrible time putting my new unit into the space where the old one had been installed. They were so very friendly but I think they are still inexperienced. For whatever reason, I had to have the unit replaced because one of the sprayer bars became loose.

This was a replacement installation of a defective product. The original install personnel, though a nice person, did not know what he was doing and did not read the manufacturer’s instructions (even when pointed out the installation process was wrong, The replace personnel (two installers) were familiar with the product and it’s installation procedures. I am very happy with the reinstallation and the performance of the Kitchen Aid dishwasher.

Finally the reinstall of the dishwasher was done correctly. Could of solved a lot of problems if the first installer knew what he was doing.

Recently bought a Dishwasher with installation. Jonathan from the Bestbuy Geeksquad removed and installed our new dishwasher. Went fast and was kind enough to be explain how to properly use the device.

The installation went remarkably smoothly, you're always concerned about the type of arrangement.l since you can't be the one to choose the company.

Installer was knowledgeable and performed the installation without any problems. Only gave 4 stars because the timeframe we set up for installation was in the morning and Best Buy left two phone messages with conflicting time frames. It was late afternoon when the installer arrived so we had to wait all day not knowing when he would arrive.

The installer was super! He was fast and knew exactly what he was doing. He was pleasant, and I give him an A+!!!

Very impressed how quiet this dishwasher is! You really can't tell it's running until it is draining. Had ot have a service call because one of the spray arms popped off. But, seemed like an easy fix and is running well.

They delivery men came when they were scheduled, took great care in bringing it into the house and they were wearing their masks. They installed the dishwasher easily and it looks great.

The team who installed my dishwasher was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They assembled most of the dishwasher before bringing it into the house, they took off their shoes and made sure it was level. They also took the extra step to nicely wrap the extra hose so it wasn't left dangling under the sink. They were quick because they knew exactly what they were doing and when they were done they took the time to explain the new features that came with the dishwasher. I was very impressed!
