GEEK Squad installed my new Bosch dishwasher in a timely fashion. Jesse was my installer and did a good job. He is industrious and courteous. He's done other installs for me and always performs in a professional, responsible and courteous manner. I had some problems with the dishwasher itself that required further tech visits, and am still in the process of getting those problems resolved. But the GEEK Squad has been very responsive and expect to get the problems resolved soon.

Item works perfect but the sides of the door had a dent when it was shipped. Other than that the dishwasher works well and the installation was perfect.

The technician had the old dishwasher out and installing the new one very quickly. I had to finish getting ready to go to work and the installation was done in time to be on time.

Pretty happy with this purchase. Cycles are very long. It is very quiet; don’t need any lower decibel ranking.

My appointment was 12-4pm. The installers called me three times to let me know they were running late due to two tough installs. They arrived at 530 and were finished an hour later. Very good work and very polite.

Glad i got the installation with my new KitchenAid. The Geek Squad guys that came were safe, professional, and thorough. Let us clean up in the opening. Made sure to not damage the floor. And clearly i could see how they took care of every detail. As i watched the install it was clear i could have done it but they saved me a lot of time and also i would have missed a few steps. I did get a deal from BestBuy/KitchenAide on free installation. yet i had chosen another model of KitchenAide but chose this one which was slightly more expensive but came with free install while my first choice did not.

Installer was very careful and detailed with his work. Made sure that everything was installed correctly. Didn't damage the new dishwasher, our floors, furniture or door, he was very careful! Very happy with the service!
