install went smooth. Dishwasher was a Christmas gift, and the installers treated the home with care not to dirty and carpet or flooring.

Installation was quick and easy. Only took one delivery person. The job took about 20 minutes. Professional and thorough worker. Did a great demonstration of the product!

Price was a little high for the work, however that might be the going rate I didn’t compare the installation price’s. The kitchen sub floor did not continue under the dishwasher as a result the installer left the unit out about inch or two from being flush. So the appearance could be better and I hope that the fact it’s not level won’t effect the performance or longevity of the machine.

Crew arrived on time and fully prepared. They did a superb job in a neat and professional manner. Went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and that unit worked properly. Would recommend to any and all!

We're very satisfied with this product though it isn't comparable to our last KitchenAid dishwasher. Will miss putting plastic items on the bottom rack, but we'll get used to it. It's an excellent machine for the price.

The installer did a good job of installing the dishwasher, however he left straches and marks on the kitchen hardwood floor! Seemingly, there was little awareness of the necessary precautions required during any installation. Also, I t was a rainy day. I had to provide a towel for installer to wipe up the wetness from the dollie! I would think rain would be a good reminder to an installer that there's a need for extra precaution when entering a customer's home!

I got standard dishwasher installation when I purchased a new dishwasher through Best Buy. The Best Buy rep called and told me that standard hookup was included, but there could be an additional charge related to installation of a part for water hammer mitigation which could be $100. This part could be required to bring plumbing up to code. I give Best Buy credit for notifying me of this potential charge in advance, and I was ok paying an additional $100 if needed. When the installers came to my house, they indicated that I would indeed require the water hammer arrestor, and the charge would be $150, more than Best Buy quoted. This payment was required to get the installer to actually install the dishwasher. After seeing what the installation of this ~$15 part entailed, I realized the $150 was an absurdly high charge. It maybe took the installer an extra 10 minutes to install the water hammer arrestor. I was quite disappointed that the installer charged $150 for this part, which was more than the $100 quoted by the Best Buy representative. The installation appears to have been done properly, and we have had no issues with operation of the dishwasher.

Best Buy offered free installation with the purchase of my dishwasher. They hauled off my old one and did a nice job of installing the new one. Very pleased

best installation of an appliance ever. They were super careful, thoughtful, and let me know what they were doing every step of the way. I think the regional manager being there had something to do with it.

There were two men that came to deliver and install the dishwasher. They couldn’t have been more professional. They were very careful, moving the old dishwasher out and the new one in. They were very pleasant and explained different things about the dishwasher.

Installation guys made an excelente job, being on time removed my old Maytag dishwasher and installed the new one on the fast lane :) Give them a round of applause to these guys "clap, clap, clap, clap..."

The installation crew was very efficient, professional, and fast when they came to install our new dishwasher. They made sure there were no leaks and that the dishwasher was operating correctly before they left.

Not sure if it's a dishwasher issue or bad installation. My guess is it's a bad dishwasher but I'm no expert. It took them a long time to install the dishwasher, they reinstalled it about two or three times because they couldn't get the level straight. The dishwasher leaked about a month after it was first installed. Maytag sent someone to fix, took about couple hours and it stopped and lasted for about a year of no leaks. Now it leaks everytime we use it. So why did I give it 5 stars? Because this review is for the installation and not the product. The installers were great but the product sucks. I would never buy a maytag again but dont be afraid of their installers.

This dishwasher is waaaaay better than my old one which was purchased new also. Totally recommend getting stainless steel inside. Superior product.

The people came did the work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves and went on their way. I could not any more pleased with their work.

Installer came a few minutes after the scheduled time - but he was in and out in about 30 minutes! Did a great job and provided me with some helpful tips for cleaning and maintaining my new dishwasher!

KitchenAid Dishwasher Install - After having a poor experience with another Best Buy install. I prepped the job, by removing the old appliance, repairing the hot water shutoff valve, and moving the floor direct wired connection, to a dedicated outlet in the wall. I even had to remove part of the hardwood floor to allow access. However, when this installer came to install the dishwasher, he was prepared to address any issues, I came to find out later. Plus he said, that he was happy to see the old dishwasher at the curb, making his job easier, the installation job was perfect. Thanks
