The installers did a great job with the install and they did it efficiently.

The old dishwasher was removed, and the knew one installed before i even had a chance to see what was going on. We have not had an issue with the equipment since it was installed. Great Work, thank you very much.

I had the cabinet dimensions with me at the store, was concerned about the fit, but the salesman assured me there was no problem. When the first install crew arrived, they said there was no way it would fit and left. Salesman had to confer with install folks, sent out another crew which was able to do the install without trouble.

While I didn’t install this dishwasher myself, I watched a team of 2 install it. They were contracted by Best Buy and did a great job. I wish I could say the same of the Best Buy notification system. I got messages by text, phone, and email. This was a classic case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing.

Clean and fast installation. Good service and punctual

Unfortunately the Best Buy Crew was not able to install the dish washer because we could not see the drain catch. Company policy. Totally understandable. The dish washer was easy enough to install.

Installers were on time, respectful of my property and very knowledgeable. Would pay for install, they did a great job and I am very pleased.

The two guys did a quick job of installing the new dishwasher and spent a couple of minutes giving me an idea of how to operate it. I'm glad I didn't try to tackle this myself.

Great and quick installation. He then explained everything and answered all my questions. All the guys were very nice and polite.

When I first heard Best Buy subcontracts installation, I was nervous because I've had disastrous installation teams from other companies, especially Home Depot. These guys were absolute pro's. I purchase 4 kitchen appliances: refrigerator, microwave, slide in range and dishwasher. The range required additional work including cutting tile. The workers did the work (reasonable additional charge) professionally and with as little mess as possible. The scheduling department with this team is another issue. My appointment was confirmed for between 8 -noon. I took a half day off work and had to call in for to take the full day. They arrived at 4:45 pm and left about 8:30 pm. Not what I had planned. Were the installers not so good, I'd be furious. But, they did such a great job, I'll still recommend them.

This all went really well - Brandon at the store suggested a "drop off one day, install the next" - this was the fastest way to install. He also sold me the Total Tech package - a good deal, covers some install/delivery/whatever costs - pleased with this. Robby was one of the installers, he showed me how to use the dishwasher, the options, he really knew what to demo/explain. Good job to him and his co-worker (didn't catch the name) Looking like I got lucky getting the dishwasher and the sales/installation - good job Best Buy!

Machine is great but first install was not thoroughly tested and consequently first time using it leaked badly. All is right now

The techs did a great job and although we had a few installation issues and had to reschedule, not related to the techs but plumbing, they got the job done and were very helpful.

The tech showed up on time was friendly and courteous and did a good job. He hauled away the old dishwasher, packing material from the new dishwasher and was done in about an hour.

Our installer was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I hghly recommend him.
