Our dishwasher broke down. Best Buy had the best price and closest delivery date. They came out and installed it within five days and hauled the old one away.

The install went very well and was very fast in duration. I'm so glad I had experts do this as their 20 minute install would have taken me hours!

The products we received (dishwasher and install) were done on time and very professionally. The only issue we had was repeated robo calls about setting up the delivery after it was already installed. Once that issue was fixed the calls stopped. Unfortunately, we had to take 30 minutes to an hour of our time to fix their inability to close a ticket correctly.

Another smooth installation! I was very happy with the notification process and the communication of what and where things were going to happen. The process itself was very smooth and went very fast. Very happy!

The install was done by two very courteous young gentlemen who were very knowledgeable about the installation. They did a very good job and tested unit before leaving.

The Installer was very professional and business like. He called before arriving and then arrived at the appointment time. Very pleased with the work.

They installed the new dishwasher and got it working enough to demonstrate (although knowledge of latest industry features was lacking). However, they left one unrelated water valve closed under the sink from their initial experimentation, and left the power cord of the installation kit, that had to run through the back of a stack of drawers between sink and DV, placed such that one drawer wouldn't close until I added my own clamp.

Appreciate the great customer service. These gentleman went above and beyond. Our new fridge had been left on our back porch without completing installation. They quickly and efficiently installed both the dishwasher AND the fridge for us. Thank you thank you!

Professional, knowledgeable, no complaints about stairs, cleaned up afterwards - and nice getting the heads-up call prior to arrival. Only thing - I had to re-install a fraction-of-an-inch further back in cabinet after they left; protruding handle on dishwasher door prevented adjacent drawer on cabinet at right-angle to dishwasher from opening. I think this is something they should've checked on.

I like the features of the Thermador dishwasher. This is the third one that I have had since December so I hope that I don't have to return this one. Being able to wash four loads of dishes during the Christmas holiday was great.
