The installation was quick and professional. These guys know what they are doing and were exceptionally efficient and courteous.

Very quiet when operating. Does a good job on all cleaning cycles. If you are just rinsing be aware that no heat comes on to dry off the water and that the door should be left slightly ajar to let moisture escape.

After 3 fridges delivered, we finally got one not damaged and works great

Glad i got the installation with my new KitchenAid. The Geek Squad guys that came were safe, professional, and thorough. Let us clean up in the opening. Made sure to not damage the floor. And clearly i could see how they took care of every detail. As i watched the install it was clear i could have done it but they saved me a lot of time and also i would have missed a few steps. I did get a deal from BestBuy/KitchenAide on free installation. yet i had chosen another model of KitchenAide but chose this one which was slightly more expensive but came with free install while my first choice did not.

i paid for them to haul away the old item and they didn't. I tried the online support and was hung up on 3 times. they would ask a question like could they have the order number and when I would enter it they would hang up. don't waste your money having them haul away old items

Had my LG Dishwasher installed. It replaced my 14 year old basic dishwasher. The installer double check the connections and check for level. Also made sure the dishwasher is operational. Ask if I had any questions and answered them. Additionally gave me some pointers/tip on this high end unit and what it can do. I was amazed. Cleaned up everything after install and took all debris with them.

Geek Squad exceeded our expectation. Super efficient but were careful not to damage walls, carpets, etc. They knew what they needed to do and got it done quickly and took time to explain how to use the dishwasher.

Arthur, in Appliances at your Lady Lake, FL, store, was very helpful in purchasing the dishwasher. I previously had him help me in purchasing a Samsung refrigerator to replace one that I previously had purchased thru him, as well as a washer and dryer. I had no problem having each of the appliances delivered and installed as scheduled. The installers were the same 2 gentlemen for each installation, very personable and remembered me. I returned to Best Buy because of the excellent service I received. Arthur took time to explain thoroughly the various models, was very patient and knowledgeable.

We have had other appliances installed from different companies.This is the easiest and best experiences I've ever had. The gentleman was respectful, fast, thorough ,and gave me complete instructions on the use of my dishwasher.

The two man team was extremely fast, neat, professional and nice. Best install we have ever had. And they took away all the packing materials plus the old dishwasher. Really exceeded our expectations.
