Good job - but could have been better

The install crew charged me $75 for a new drain line. I was not advised in advance this might be a possibility and $75 seems a bit steep for installing a piece of place tubing. 2. The install crew didn't really know how to operate the dishwasher. I had to call Thermador/Bosch several times to resolve set set-up issues.

Company policy. Totally understandable. The dish washer was easy enough to install.

3rd party installation lacking

However they ran test cycle and didn’t remove inside packing tape. Caused an odor. After cycle we had to remove tape at back sides and connecting racks. After removal there is no smell Also had to clean up a good deal of water under the cabinet after they left
