Installer was very careful and detailed with his work. Made sure that everything was installed correctly. Didn't damage the new dishwasher, our floors, furniture or door, he was very careful! Very happy with the service!

Excellent service! Was very kind, explained everything he a doing, and was done in good timing!

When we purchased the dishwasher we noted that we needed a two man crew to carry it up to the kitchen. The first delivery try was solo and had to reschedule! The two man team did a very mice job but the dishwasher stopped working after a week. I think that the problem is that the door could not close properly because it was catching on part of the counter. To their credit BB scheduled a very quick re-installation with a NEW unit which has since worked wonderfully.!!!

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher. From delivery to setup, Best Buy services are outstanding. The installers were so polite and informative. Really great guys.

Nice install. I was a little disappointed in the modifications they needed to make to my cabinetry to fit the dishwasher but it wasn’t their fault.. it’s a very old home. We just need to trim it out now and it will be fine. I noticed the door hinge catches on the cabinet when you close it from a wide open position. Hopefully we can modify the cabinet a little bit more to make room.

This was not an easy installation for the Geek Squad. My unit had to be hardwired into the existing wiring. There were no shortcuts for the installer. He did an great job in the m8nimum amount of time.

Not sure if it's a dishwasher issue or bad installation. My guess is it's a bad dishwasher but I'm no expert. It took them a long time to install the dishwasher, they reinstalled it about two or three times because they couldn't get the level straight. The dishwasher leaked about a month after it was first installed. Maytag sent someone to fix, took about couple hours and it stopped and lasted for about a year of no leaks. Now it leaks everytime we use it. So why did I give it 5 stars? Because this review is for the installation and not the product. The installers were great but the product sucks. I would never buy a maytag again but dont be afraid of their installers.

I am absolutely appalled by Best Buy’s customer service. I’ve been on the phone for over six hours trying to get help with a dishwasher that stopped working after just one use, and still no one has taken responsibility or offered a real solution. This is completely unacceptable. You are selling defective products and providing the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Shame on you for treating customers this way. I will be escalating this issue to every possible channel — including formal complaints, online reviews, and legal action. You will definitely be hearing from my attorney. Absolutely disgraceful!

Geek Squad installers were very thorough - Rudy Anaya and compatriot very knowledgeable. Both performed tests and advised me on ancillary matters related to the performance of the unit. A good experience for a change.

Bought a new dishwasher and took advantage of the free install. The installer was very professional and did good work. Had the old one out and new one installed, leveled and working within 40 minutes. Love the new dishwasher

The two men were excellent. Quick and clean and friendly.

Installation was quick and efficient. They were here less than 30 minutes to remove old dishwasher and install new one and test.
