We were extremely impressed with the employees professionalism. They worked quickly and even cleaned up after themselves.

The is an excellent dishwasher for our new kitchen. It is has a quite mode for night and alerts me when it is complete. The dishwasher takes less water and energy to run which is always nice.

Workmen knew what they were doing, quickly overcame a couple of problems.

I give Andrade an 11 out of 10 stars!! It was not the easiest installation (but not his fault). With old plumbing and little space to work in, we still didn't hear a single complaint from Andrade. He was a great mix of professionalism, knowledge and pleasantness...he even took the time to give me a demo --and made sure I understood--before leaving. I tried out the dishwasher that evening and it was perfect. The quality of an installer can make or break the entire buying experience. We hope we can request Andrade when we purchase our next large appliance from Best Buy!

I am very happy with my dishwasher. It’s extremely quiet and all my dishes (including pots and pans) are sparkling clean at the end of the systems cycle.

The Geek Squad installers were very professional and did a great job installing my dishwasher. They insisted on staying as long as necessary to make sure I was able to use my product with ease.

My last review was for the installation kit that you have to buy when you choose to have the dishwasher installed. Seemed kind of silly, but hey... they're giving away Best Buy points for the review, so I went ahead and reviewed it. For the actual, professional installation: I'll give it a big thumbs up! The guys came when they said they would, they were courteous (always a big plus for me), professional, efficient, and thorough. They did an excellent job of removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one. They were careful with all the stuff in my house, and I am very pleased with the work they did. Will the installers who install your machine be as good as these guys? I don't know. But, for my part, I'm very pleased. A+!

Very courteous and did great job dealing with tight spaces and an old uneven countertop. Asked for my input at several to ensure the installation was what I wanted.

There's not much to say here. The item appears to be of great quality. So far we haven't had any leaks **Knocks on wood**.

I was very pleased the service and installation of both my stove and dishwasher. Everything went very smoothly, the service reps were top notch, friendly and courteous! Best Buy contacted me ahead of time to let me know what time to expect the delivery and installation and the installers contacted me beforehand to let me know the exact time they would arrive. They arrived on schedule with all the items they needed to complete the install. They tested both products after installing, checked for leaks, cleaned up their work area, hauled away my old units, and Instructed and advised me on the usage of both products so well, that I didn't even have to read the manuals and started using my new products right after they left. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

The crew was right on time and did a great installation job. They charged a lot to bring our miserable kitchen up to date. Without a word, they refunded almost $200 to our credit card.

No more rinsing the dishes first even if you don't start the load for a couple of days. Just load, wait for it to be full and start. The dishes are clean and dry. Not only that, you can't even hear it running. I LOVE it!
