Prompt service, with a courtesy call 30 minutes before their arrival . Very careful to not damage my floors, and was very thorough in explaining the operation of the dishwasher.

The installers did a great job. It wasn’t easy. The space was tight, but they gently worked it into place.

Extremely happy with how quiet the dishwasher is. Not really happy with control pad, having to power on first takes some getting used to and there's no start button. So when you've picked cycle you simply shut the door to run, but it's so quiet you have no indication it's actually running. Overall it's a great dishwasher, love the third rack and it's roomy inside.

For an 18" dishwasher this Bosch can accomodate daily dishes with all its configurations. I especially like the various wash cycles if I want to save water and or energy. Don't forget, it's pretty too!

It's a very nice dishwasher for the money and the installer was professional and did a wonderful job.

Team was very knowledgeable and even fixed an issue that occurred in a previous installation not handled by the them with no complaints. Very nice.

The install team was masked and followed all of the COVID-19 protocols. They were efficient and left no trash behind. The dishwasher works well.

The G&B technician was on time and very polite and professional.

Delivered product but couldn't install. Needed to reschedule. Tech didn't note on work order he didn't install. When finally got through your automated system and talk to live person, thry thought it was done. When finally figured out it was not we got a new date. On day of install, no show. I had previously filled out the preparation checklist. Called in again, and system apparently needed me to click a link to see it was scheduled and then another link yo reschedule because there was a problem. No clear guidance on the need for second link. So wasted a day waiting on something that was not goingbto happen. BTW, even got a text night before saying it was going to happen. So i expected it to occur. Once i found out it wasnt happening i called back in and the best you could do was 2 weeks later (12/29/25). I bought this in mid Oct, it has been sitting in my dining room since mid Nov and cant install until end of Dec. So done with BestBuy services.

Have used Best Buy installation services several time and always satisfied. Installers have always been polite, careful and helpful.

Did not deliver on the first set date, they had to rescheduled. When they delivered, set them up, they brook my electrical box so we lost power for 2 hours until their electrician arrived. It took another hour to get fixed. Dishwasher was hooked up, it was working then a day later I noticed that the bottom portion was not assembled - it is called the kick plate. The delivery people did not leave the said parts. Called Best Buy and was they seem not to know this specific part. It took 5 days for someone to tell me that I h e to contact Kitchenaid to order the parts as the product was still under warranty. It was such a disappointment.
