Dishwasher installation went really smoothly. Only one issue was when they (3rd party) were installing it, they informed me there was an additional $150 charge to bring my plumbing valve up to code. Live in MN. Any valves that were placed prior to 2017 have to be up to code and unfortunately ours wasn't. Didn't appreciate the unexpected expense. I bought online, and didn't see anything specific pertaining to it.

The installation was professional. The technician went the extra mile fixing a leak before installation.

Crew worked hard to install a dishwasher. Had to work around floor tile to get it in, but they made it fit.

I was really impressed with Asa, the installer. He was thorough and efficient. After the installation he taought my wife and I all of the different ways to use the machine.

Love the new dishwasher but they were unable to install it due to needing new drain pipes. Once that is done it will be a go on the instillation. Best Buy called twice to check on delivery and install, but they got confused on the second call because they were asking about a washer dryer hookup, which I did not purchase and got me confused. All in all, good customer service.

Phone skills of the technician were not great, but the install quality was very good.

The guys were quick and efficient. Only thing is it would have been better if they had worn masks. Also, they didn't check to see if the pull out drawer next to it could pull out still, since it is the exact same model as before, it should have been able to but can't open now. Very grateful they were able to get the work done.

Tech reached out ahead of time, showed up on time, was very professional. Was very happy with the install process, did a great job.

The Installer showed up on time and did a great job installing the dishwasher. He even corrected my washer and dryer water hose attachments.

The men who came to install our dishwasher were very friendly yet professional. They did a great job in a short amount of time. They made sure everything was working well before they left.

Our install was done by a Geek Squad technician. Very polite and courteous. Was cautious and kept the work area clean. Install went fast and dishwasher is amazingly quiet.

In spite of the third party company changing the original installation date and time WITHOUT EVER NOTIFYING ME in advance, once the installation did occur, it was perfect. The installers were very professional, and took pains to do the job right and ensured I was satisfied before they left. I wish every installation company were as thorough and conscientious as the guys were that installed my dishwasher,

Our installer was very skilled and professional. Despite getting 2 leaking dishwashers before getting a third in every case the issue was with the machine and not the installer. Derek made it a point to follow up each install to make things were working correctly. Our biggest complaint is the time delay to get on the installation schedule. We were told a replacement would be installed within 2-3 days and in every case it was closer to 2 or even 3 weeks. Best Buy needs more installers and/or be more upfront about the time to get installation completed. I would recommend this installer but I would be leary about going thru Best Buy without a firm schedule in hand.
