Very pleased with the installation provided by the Geek Squad in Gulfport MS. They arrived on time installed and had been installed almost a year and working well beyond my expectations.

I had a problem with my first installation and then had the geek squad installers come out. I cannot say enough positive things about the geek squad installation! They understood my problem and helped me right away!

Team came in and put the dishwasher in place in just 30 minutes, including a kill switch. They called 30 minutes ahead as they said they would. Were courteous and professional!! Perfect!

Installer was great. Got snowed out the first day and he called me to reschedule. Set a time 2 days later and kept in touch to confirm when he would be here and arrived as promised. Had the unit installed within an hour (would have taken me at least 2-3 and hauled away the old unit with care not to scratch or soil the floors. I've installed 6 or 7 dishwashers in my life and its not the hardest thing to do, but a big enough hassle to me to appreciate not having to do it for this machine. Besides the work, appreciated the confirmation from Best Buy leading up to the install date and the care and communication from the installer once it was in his hands.

We were out of town when the dishwasher was delivered, so my daughter was here. She was very impressed with the professionalism of the installer. We just purchased our house and am not very familiar with it yet. The installer let us know that we have a problem with the shut-off valve under the sink. He didn;t have to let us know. But this is something that he could not fix, but he COULD install the dishwasher. He made sure he let us know. I'm very thankful for people who want to help us. VERY happy with the installation!
