Scott installed my dishwasher. He arrived on time, had proper tools and adequate staff. He was not only knowledgeable but also proficient. I sincerely appreciate how good his skills were.

The gentlemen that installed my dishwasher were great, they were respectful, prompt and cleaned up after they were done. Now Bestbuy customer service was terrible, they did not deliver my order and it took 4 transfers for them to tell me that the product I ordered was backordered, even after confirming it was going to be installed. truly incompetent team.

This service was utilized for the delivery and installation of a new dishwasher as a replacement of an existing dishwasher. Two technicians performed the service. The technicians were polite, respectful, clean and timely. Additional services were required (functional plumbing service valve installation) to meet code requirements and the technicians were very good at explaining the need and proposed the services as required for the completion of the dishwasher installation. I was very satisfied that I did not need to acquire an additional contractor to complete the service installation. The additional costs were slightly higher than what the industry standard would be but the costs are accounted for in the convenience and immediate availability.

Very professional service. Clearly explained issues with connections and overall sink plumbing that required correction ahead of installation. Upon return very professional installation, checking levels & correct functioning and explaining operating instructions.

The tech was efficient and very knowledgeable about dishwashers. He took the time to show me how to operate and explained what the different cycles do.

this dishwasher is quiet and cleans the dishes well. however, this rack comes off the track if you pull it out.

We actually canceled the installation. We wanted to get the dishwasher installed before Thanksgiving. Best Buy's contractor had hired some new people and were going to be a few weeks out. No fault of theirs. We just needed to get it done a little sooner. We have had good experiences in the past and would still consider them for other installations.

The installation team was great. They came prepared and did the job in no time. Very impressed with their work and knowledge of the product.

The installation team they sent was excellent. We ran into multiple issues due to the age of my old dishwasher hookup as well as some defective pipes they found and they went above and beyond to get everything fixed and hooked up properly. Very friendly and professional.

This dishwasher was a replacement for another that was defective. The installer arrived on time and did a good job installing the new dishwasher after uninstalling the defective one.

Our new KitchenAid dishwasher was recently delivered and installed by Best Buy. The team communicated prior to the appointment and then again after the installation was complete. Great Job !
