The dishwasher is good. I really like the turbo boost dry. I was supposed to have free install because of being total tech member. When they came to deliver, they could not install. I had to hire someone to come and install it.

Installation is better than the original! Placed with care alongside a trim piece. Clean, neat, no issues.

I recently purchased a new dishwasher from Best Buy and although I'm reasonably handy around the house I didn't feel my skills were up to replacing a dishwasher. So I decided to let the professionals handle it for me. They came to the house and took the old one away and hooked up the new one. I actually had an issue with it after the hook up where it wasn't draining properly and they came back and took care of the problem rather quickly. Glad I let them handle it and not me.

The men who installed our new dishwasher were great. The job was professionally done and the entire process from haul-away of the old to instillation of the new was flawless. The only hiccup was the Best Buy had set a time of between 10-12 and they didn’t make it in that window, but later in the afternoon. Not a big deal for me. I appreciated their professionalism and friendliness.

The 'geeks' arrived as scheduled, removed/replace the unit and completed the job in a very professional manner... as expected from this great group

They did a great job. They were friendly, respectful & so quick. Explained how to use my new dishwasher before leaving and allowed time for questions.

They called ahead; arrived when they said they would; and did the install without a hitch in less than an hour.

The installation of dishwasher was very efficient. Had no problems. Was not installed by us. Was a replacement for existing. Did a great job of installing and explaining features. Highly recommend installer.

Although I was given an (annoying) 6 hour window for when they would show up, I do understand the need for that window. Additionally, they did give us a call about 15 minutes before showing up which was appreciated. The guys were in, quickly removed my old dishwasher, and had the new one installed in less than 30 minutes. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. Very pleased with the installation service!

I deduct 1 star for the following 2 reasons. 1. The install crew charged me $75 for a new drain line. I was not advised in advance this might be a possibility and $75 seems a bit steep for installing a piece of place tubing. 2. The install crew didn't really know how to operate the dishwasher. I had to call Thermador/Bosch several times to resolve set set-up issues.

The gentleman who installed our dishwasher did a great job. He called when he was close to arriving so we were ready. He was respectful of our home and knew his job well. Very happy with his work.

Very professional and courteous. They even took the time to fix the floor underneath where the dishwasher sat. They also rerouted our water line so the dishwasher would fit closer to the wall. Such a different from the Lowe’s installers, who just dropped off our range leaving everything inside the stove and took off even though we paid for install service.

Completely professional and speedy one of the cleanest best installations I've ever witnessed in my home so happy thank you so much
