The 3rd party company that did the installation of my new dishwasher and haul away of the of the old unit was very quick, kind and knowledgeable. They have been on time or early every time I have used them.

The gentleman who installed our dishwasher was the consumate professional! On time, personable, clean, and friendly! Very pleased with his work.

Only used it twice, but it worked great! The interior is smaller than my last one and requires creative loading.

Placed the order for the dishwasher but forgot to order the installation in the same order, so I called in later and added the service. The first team did terrible installation work and forgot to remove the plug from the disposer (I don't know this) and the dishwasher cannot drain. I have to call Best Buy again to send another team here. Finally they delivered another new dishwasher and send a good team to remove the previous one and installed the new one.

Very pleased with Geek Squad installation of KitchenAid dishwasher. My second KA with third rack. This model has much improved third rack . . . holds two rows of small glasses on left side and large utensils (flat) on opposite side. Much better design of third rack space.

The installer for my new Bosch 800 series dishwasher was Best Buy’s contractor Frank Stacy of New Century in Vinton VA. He and his assistant Shannon did an outstanding job. They worked efficiently, communicated well, Frank took a couple photos of his installation work to document key efforts , and they were done in less than 45 minutes. Frank gave me a brief tutorial on the new dishwasher, then they were back on the road. I appreciated that they did focused, tidy work and did not scar my aged hardwood floors with swapping out the old dishwasher for the new.

Johnny installed the dishwasher professionally and quickly. I've run it three times so far and everything is working as it should.
