The dishwasher works fine. Since the old dishwasher was wired directly, there was no plug and no need for an outlet. The installer charged over $100 to provide an outlet. Unfortunately, he simply attached the outlet box to the wall, rather than sinking it flush into the wall. I didn't realize that the dishwasher wouldn't fit unless the outlet was flush with the wall. There were other problems that prevented him from doing the complete installation (not his fault). In the process of fixing the flooring problem, I had to over $100 to have the outlet box made flush with the wall as should have been done. Lesson learned. It would have been better if either he or the young lady who was helping him had been fluent in English.

Installers did a great job with the installation of our dishwasher, making sure to verify everything worked properly before leaving.

Our new Samsung dishwasher is sleek and quiet! The service we received from Best Buy was exceptional. From the sales desk to the installation - the communication and follow-up was excellent.

The guys that installed the dishwasher were nice guys , but seem to be in a huge hurry. The upper rack plastic stoppers on the railing where broken either during installation or shipping. My guess would be installation. The installers where in a huge hurry removing all of the shipping foam and plastic and seem to be struggling. I tried to call Best Buy store about the broken parts and left a message for the manager and never got a return phone call. So I called help line and they wanted to replace the whole dishwasher instead of the 2 $5 parts. Seemed stupid so I called Samsung and the are having a tech come out and replace the broken parts. I found that customer support after my purchase to be terrible and none existent, when it comes to talking to a human at Best Buy that can listen and help. Replacing the whole dishwasher because your install tech is in a hurry, is bad business and inconvenient for me(the customer)! Would be nice to get a phone call from the store. Not the happiest customer. Disappointed!

Getting hit with an additional $45 fee when the person showed up was very disappointing. The dishwasher drains out the back and he said that he needed to hook it up to my disposal so that the lines would not kink. I paid a substantial fee for installation and then got hit with more. Although, the installer said he could recommend different models that didn't need the additional install, they all would have taken another several days to weeks to deliver. I needed my dishwasher replaced then.

We purchased this dishwasher to replace our old one and it is amazing. Short of taking the dishes from us when we are done eating this dishwasher does it all and the sleek design is perfect!

They called regarding ETA. They were professional. They tried the washer to make sure it is working.

The dishwasher is so quiet I can't believe it is running. Dishes come out clean every time.

The men who installed our new dishwasher were great. The job was professionally done and the entire process from haul-away of the old to instillation of the new was flawless. The only hiccup was the Best Buy had set a time of between 10-12 and they didn’t make it in that window, but later in the afternoon. Not a big deal for me. I appreciated their professionalism and friendliness.
