The guys were very professional. They messaged on their way so I knew when to expect them. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves.

Cleans everything I put in it. Room for so many pieces and a third level for knives and utensils is nice. Door opens after finished working to tell me it is done. Ha, ha.....

Very quiet, really does an excellent job in terms of cleaning. Sometimes the utensils are not completely (up to shining level) cleaned but I guess that's the issue with almost any dishwasher

These guys were on time, quick and efficient. They made sure that I knew how to run it. They taught me things I didn't know (like don't make your dishes too clean). Excellent work.

The dishwasher is good. I really like the turbo boost dry. I was supposed to have free install because of being total tech member. When they came to deliver, they could not install. I had to hire someone to come and install it.

The team removed my old DW and installed hardware for the new DW. They explained how to use it and how to keep it clean on the outside. They did an amazing job and fast!

We first ordered from the orange big-box store. The wait for delivery and installation was longer than BB, but we previously had a good experience. They delivered a dented dishwasher to our garage in the dark, took the power cord that came with the unit, and told us that the store sent the wrong power cord so they couldn't install it. We had them pick it up for return and ordered from BB. We had communicative, pleasant, professional installers who were careful, asked us our preferences, and showed us how to work the machine. Couldn't have been better!
