Install team was BEST in CLASS! Outstanding service, explanation of new unit and professionalism.

Clean, fast, courteous and done right the first time. It would have taken me two hours and trips to the hardware. They did it it 15 minutes.

Installers were careful not to nick surrounding cabinets and were very professional wearing booties & masks and it didn't take long for the install.

Installation for the dishwasher was smooth and fast. Techs answered questions, went through operation and took care of everything. We paid to have the old hauled away as well.

First installer wouldn't do the job because he thought refrigerator needed to be moved and he wouldn't take possilbe damage responsibility. Second installers that came 1 week later, were smarter and had 2 men. They just lifted dishwasher up toward ceiling to get it between refrigerator and counter. They made it easy.

The Installer showed up on time and did a great job installing the dishwasher. He even corrected my washer and dryer water hose attachments.

This was one of four appliances being installed and they did so quickly and very well. They instructed me on how to use it, took away the old one, and left my kitchen clean.

Dishwasher seems to work, nothing is leaking. This is a service BB obviously farms out, since when they arrived they initially said they were delivering for Home Depot. We were concerned when the installer initially didn't seem to understand how to install with an undersink food disposal that shared a cabinet wall with the dishwasher

The central scheduling system is flawed but, the service reps seem to be trying their best to make it work. I purchased the dishwasher on July 19, but due to the design of my under sink plumbing, the initial installation was aborted. Since I am the original homeowner and our original dishwasher installation and operation was painless, I had no idea (and neither did the salesman) the valve set-up was a problem. I had a plumber do the needed modification ($$$) the next day. Rescheduling the installation became a problem, despite me being totally available on any day. That said, the customer service representatives were helpful and professional. August 17th is now the scheduled date of installation. Sometimes stuff happens. Pro-tip: take a pic of your present under sink plumbing arrangement. Then take that pic with you when you discuss installation of a new dishwasher.

Richard installed my dishwasher and I couldn't believe how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He did an excellent job by taking his time and making sure everything was in working order before he left.
