The installation of my dishwasher had a slight obstacle when draining. However, the installers figured out what the cause was and immediately addressed the problem. They were good!

My installer was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Seriously took him like a 1/2 hour to install, cleanup, and leave. Super quick. Would definitely have an appliance installed again.

the staff was courteous and able. they did their job and dishwasher has been running fine so far. it's been 3 weeks. wife's words because i was not at home when they did it. but what i see is good.

Prompt service, with a courtesy call 30 minutes before their arrival . Very careful to not damage my floors, and was very thorough in explaining the operation of the dishwasher.

Love the new dishwasher but they were unable to install it due to needing new drain pipes. Once that is done it will be a go on the instillation. Best Buy called twice to check on delivery and install, but they got confused on the second call because they were asking about a washer dryer hookup, which I did not purchase and got me confused. All in all, good customer service.
