The two gentlemen that came and installed my dishwasher were quick, efficient, and thorough. Answered all questions and I had and there in the time window I was given.

Great service. Bestbuy was able to install my dishwasher within 30 minutes or less. It would have taken me a few hours! Very polite and even showed me how to operate the unit!

These tools were necessary so purchased for the installation of my newly purchased dishwasher. The dishwasher is installed and operating properly.

Very friendly and punctual installation people.They can't deal with the part that's attached to the sink,the dishwasher airgap,because it's part of the sink.The guy that sold me the dishwasher told me he thought they should have had those in the service van so they could take out the old one and install a new one,but he was incorrect.I think it's leak-free right now,but if not,Best Buy will hear from me again.

when washer was first installed the person doing the install didn't fit it completely proper but the 2nd tech that came out did a great job of fixing the it.

Good job of installation; unusual placement of dishwasher made for a trickier-than-usual job and required additional installation parts. Unfortunately, an owner's manual was not left for my use when the installers departed.

The BestBuy sub-contractors who installed the dishawasher did a great job. Very considerate too - took off shoes, wiped up some water drips/dirt etc. Friendly and courteous too !

Once again I had to complete the installation of the dishwasher. The dishwasher waste water pipe which comes connected to the dishwasher was to short, so I had to go and buy piping to complete the installation. Best Buy calls this installation of a dishwasher. I call it half a job done.
