My installer was amazing! He worked by himself that day because his partner called in sick. He removed and installed 3 appliances for me in an hour! Definitely impressed. He was very friendly, quick and professional! I will be calling his boss to let him know as well!

Professional and competent installation. Having called ahead, they arrived on time and had the old dishwasher out and the new one in within a very short period of time (less than an hour)!

After the disaster that was my refrigerator delivery/install this was an extremely welcome change. The installer was on time, really knew what he was doing and very friendly. The install was quick (can't remember exactly, but around 30min) and we chatted the whole time. He walked my wife and I through the operation and maintenance of the dishwasher and gave me some tips for the future if we ever have to replace it again. I would hope Best Buy employs more installers like this guy!

It was a hassel trying to have subcontrator install. My son ended up doing install and got it and also got it to drain. It works wonderful so far and very quiet as well.

Delivery technician communicated very well regarding estimated delivery time. He was very efficient, getting job done quickly and installation went well. Only drawback was tracking of dirt from back path into the house, and up stairs, despite carpet at door. I'd recommend that technicians carry shoe covers to put on in conditions that might track dirt into the home.

So it drives me nuts that they deliver something bent and go ahead and install it without asking if you want it. My DH was home when it went in or I'd have said something. But if it's bent, ask if you care before it goes in. That said, it is just the kick plate and I'm the only one who will likely notice. The rest of the install process was great.

Had the installation for the dishwasher and Geek Squad completed in under 30 minutes. They were great at giving tips on how to maintain it. Will definitely use them again.

They guys they sent to install the dishwasher were fantastic. They went above and beyond and did a great job installing all the the pieces needed and fixing issues they really didn't have to do as well.
