Got my dishwasher, competitive price although it was open box which was better deal with installation and everything without lifting a finger very happy and everything's works great

The first crew of three improperly installed this dishwasher and so first use attempt a screw fell out of the dishwasher door, causing a scaping noise, rendering the dishwasher unusable. Best Buy was notified and promptly rescheduled a new dishwasher/installation. Second team of two were very professional and properly installed the new dishwasher. High marks for them.

The installation part wasn't bad, but within 5 minutes of the installer leaving the appliance no longer had power, checked the breaker and the plug in, called the installer back, he did come back when he was able that same day and here it was a loose wire under the appliance. He apologized and was super nice. Overall it was a good experience.

Before I bought the dishwasher we checked all the reviews that I could find and they were all so accurate! ! I love having the 3rd drawer for utensils great space and very quiet !

The guys who installed my dishwasher worked quickly and diligently. They showed me how to operate the machine and gave me some pointers on an effective use of my machine.

They hired a plumber who did a great job with the install. My only complaint was waiting a week for the appointment to install the dishwasher. However, dishwasher still works great.
