The team that installed our dishwasher was great! They kept us informed as to their approximate arrival time. When they arrived, we were informed that it was scratched and they would start the replacement process. They installed the new one in the interim and hauled away the old one. They also did a great job of informing us how to use it but we already knew since we had the same dishwasher in our previous home. The replacement is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

The Contractor(s) (2 MEN), WHO PERFORMED THE Dishwasher installation for our Home and Kitchen were EXCELLENT !!! Their KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE was evident; AND their integrity (their effort to do the best job that they could ) was outstanding !!! GREAT JOB !!! I removed the old dishwasher as I was bored. The new one went in really fast. Purchased dishwasher and it came with free installation.

I ordered a new dishwasher and the service set up to better minimize the possibility of issues or errors were I to set it up myself. The two service techs set up the dishwasher in less than an hour and were knowledgeable with the various functions and hauling my previous, broken-down dishwasher.

Guy was sent from local installer with the machine shipped down from the Atlanta store. He did a super job, very quick and clean. I appreciated his manner and expertise.

He called ahead of time to tell us when he was arriving. As he was installing it, he explained the differences between the European dishwashers and the American ones. He was efficient and did an excellent job of installing the dishwasher. After having had bad experiences with installation of appliances bought at other stores, we were very pleased with the Best Buy installer. In my mind, selling the appliance is only half of the transaction. Getting it delivered in a timely fashion and installed completes the sale. In the future if Best Buy has the appliance we want, we will definitely buy it from them.

Had a complete kitchen remodel done with all appliances delivered and installed by Geek Squad. They were on time, quick on install, and left no mess. Highly recommend.

Out of all of the appliances, they seem to have the most trouble with the dishwasher. At the end of the day, it appears that it was installed correctly but the rubber sealant is not perflect flush with the counter. We were told it was normal. We only ran one test cycle so far, and to our surprise the dishwasher is still wet inside days after. Time will tell if everything is fine or if a replacement is needed.

Very glad I had a professional on this. He ran into a couple of unanticipated issues in my 50s era flat but moved thru them with confidence. Would have been well worth purchasing!
