The installation took longer than I assumed, but I hadn't thought about what goes into installation. They did a fantastic job and everything looks perfect.

I already spoke about the installation of my dishwasher by the Geek Squad when I reviewed the install kit...However, to repeat, the two Geek Squad members who came to my home to install my new dishwasher were polite, efficient, worked at a reasonable pace, and took the time to explain the operation of the dishwasher after it was installed and answered my questions without my feeling rushed. They also were careful to take away all the trash involved in the installation process. It can be challenging having strangers in one's home, but the Geek Squad allowed this to be a comfortable experience for me.

The men were very friendly. They did the install very professionally and there were no issues.

I live in a flood zone and have replaced my dishwasher 4 times in the past 15 years. This is the best buy for the money.No frills. Of course, all it has to do is wash the dishes.

Guys were nice and knowledgeable but unfortunately they admittedly cut the water line and we had to go to Lowes and buy another water line before they could finish the installation. We felt that was not our responsibility but wanted to get the install finished.

He was very careful not scratch anything. He was in and out within 30 minutes. He explained how the dishwasher worked. There was no mess on the floor! Job well done!

Very knowledgeable and pleasant but after they left i had a chip in my new kitchen refacing and a deep scratch on wood trim on other side that happened during the install. Installers need to take their time and not damage cabinetry during an appliance install - I have other appliance needs but damage to my new kitchen is making me hesitate. I now have to repair the damage :-( not pleased :-(
