Arrived on time, installed the unit in a clean and workmanship manner.

Service persons were polite and knowledgeable.They had the correct tools, parts and attitude. They made an extra trip to nearby hardware store to get an adapter for drain pipe as standard connections would not fit. They delivered an 800 Series Bosch Dishwasher. Since it is an imported unit, its electricity, intake and drain all needed extra work. this was not a DIY job. Due to limited space for under counter space for dishwasher, service person had to make special cut in the drywall to make room for electric outlet. In this case, it was well worth the price of letting a professional do the installation.

Did a great removal of the old dishwasher and a quick install of the new one looks great , only thing wrong is when the sun shined on it and I noticed a scratch on the front

The delivery guy had some problems getting the new washer into the old space but worked hard and made it fit so our new dishwasher could start anew!

The installers did a great job. They had to improvise a solution to the poorly wired dishwasher that they had to remove. Great installation on the new dishwasher.

Delivery people were anxious to leave and didn’t offer much in way of operating instructions. That said the new machine runs very well so installation was right on. Except the front door is damaged and needs remedy

We purchased a dishwasher and a gas range. The appliances work fine so far. The issue is with delivery and installation! We were sold parts at Best Buy for the installation of our appliances and charged delivery fees as expected. We were told that The connections we bought were all we would need. The parts were recommended by the salesperson. The Gas Range appliance was replacing an existing Gas Range appliance and the dishwasher was replacing an existing dishwasher. Upon delivery we were charged an additional $370 By a company that is subcontracted by Best Buy. The company was supposed to deliver and install the appliances we purchased with the installation packages we purchased. We have made multiple attempts to find out what happened and why we were charged these additional charges. We have contacted the Geek Squad and all the proper departments (as instructed by BB agents). Each time we spoke to an agent we were told they would get back to us and that they would document the lengthy call. They never called back, I had to follow up each time. Only a couple of the representatives documented the calls. I spoke extensively with them and was on the phone for a minimum of an hour for each conversation. They even had me on a line contacting the 3rd party company and that company had no answer why we were charged. It has been over 6 weeks and still no resolution as promised. NO call backs as promised, no emails as promised, no refunds as promised, no Gift card for our inconvenience as promised. I invite you BEST BUY to review my phone conversations since they are supposed to be recorded so that you can see what your customer service reps have been telling me and my wife...and so that you can see nothing has been done! In addition we have the Geek Squad annual membership (which we will be canceling as well). As a result...after years of purchases at Best Buy we will no longer be using BB for appliance purchases/installation due to the fact that they have done nothing but give us the run around. Despite the fact that most of the agents clearly stated they had never heard of someone being charged the extra amount we were charged, stating that we will get compensated, that they were expediting it to the review department for the final decision on our refund. etc etc. As far as I’m concerned...the worst customer service—>Company I’ve ever dealt with in regards to an issue and getting answers/resolution. This is my first negative review ever and I’m 50 y.o. But hey Best Buy...you asked for my review and how was my experience. I hope this answers that ??? Maybe you’ll reply to me now!

The installer was good however the main problem is that there were parts of the dishwasher missing. There were no front legs on the dishwasher. The installer had to use wood. There were rust spots in the dishwasher. The top drawer in the dishwasher, when pulled, was difficult to put back.

The team of installers were courteous and professional and got the job done quickly.

Installer ended up being a little late but called and was keeping me updated on arrival. did a great job installing dishwasher and making sure all was right before he left.

The dishwasher installers were excellent. I watched them the whole time. They were friendly and very careful and professional. They made sure it was level and explained how it worked and made sure it turned on before they left. Also cleaned up the little mess that was made. I am super impressed with the service.

The Bosch dishwasher is everything advertised. Virtually silent while running and gets everything clean every time. Installation easy with Best Buy.
