Outside contractors were used. They showed up on time and were very pleasant. The installation kit provided thru Best Buy contained connections that were too short. The installers carried no spare parts so we had to use old stuff or stuff I already had. I suggest Best Buy offer kits with longer connectors or provide the installers with additional parts so a second trip is not needed.

The Best Buy installers were awesome. They worked together and it look and works great.

Best Buy contracted 7th Ave appliances to install our dishwasher. One guy only and he was in and out in just over an hour. No mess to cleanup and a hassle free afternoon.

Scheduling and rescheduling this was a nightmare. It was just impossible to get to Best Buy's outsourced service agent. Once we did, they were very polite, but this is not the personal service you get from a high-end installer. THAT SAID, it was very, very reasonably priced AND they just nailed the installation. Super polite, kind people and great install.

Very professional installers. The installer actually helped me fix what the issue was with my old dishwasher. I had hired a plumbing company who provided me with an estimate of $950 to fix my dishwasher and why I ordered a new one. I explained the issue to the installer and he was able to fix my issue in under five minutes at no cost. However, I had him install the new dishwasher since it was there and paid for. I know who to call the next time I have an issue :)

The service tech did an awesome job installing our dishwasher. He explained everything.he was doing and how the washer worked. He was very thorough.

Installation was quick and easy. Made sure the dishwasher remain property and double checked hose connections.

They did the job they were hired to do. They were courteous, on time and quick. They should have worn masks regardless of vaccination status; or asked the customer what their preference would be. Getting hit with extra installation costs because Bosch requires a Bosch, not generic installation kit. They should have known beforehand. The email said that depending on what the installers found we could pay more, but in a relatively new, up to code, basically slide the old one out and slide the new one in, an extra hundred bucks was annoying. They did nick the countertop, but with plans to replace it, we didn't want to make a stink.

Installers were excellent. On time professional and no mess left behind! The dishwasher is amazing too.

Very pleased with Geek Squad installation of KitchenAid dishwasher. My second KA with third rack. This model has much improved third rack . . . holds two rows of small glasses on left side and large utensils (flat) on opposite side. Much better design of third rack space.

Everyone who isn’t-a professional Should consider this service for sure! Knowledgeable and on time. Had it done during my lunch break!
