Very good job, except they left the box and packing materials in my dining room, even though I paid for removal. Friendly, but not thorough. Also, didn't remove the plastic on the sides before installing it, so I couldn't get it all off because it is inside the wall space now.

The delivery people were very courteous and quick, did a great job removing my old dishwasher and got the new one installed perfectly.

We had our new dishwasher and refrigerator installed by two of the best technicians we have ever dealt with, they were extremely concerned on not making a mess, highly knowledgeable in the product and actually took time to answer our questions. We were very happy with Roman and Isaiah, customer service champions!

The first time they came out was not good. They failed to remove the old dishwasher and told me I needed to contact a floor expert. I called a local handyman and he had it out in 5 minutes. The second time they sent a very good tech and he had the new one installed in no time! He was a great guy and very professional!

Dishwasher is great, runs like a dream. Installers were friendly and efficient. Took out the old dishwasher installed the new. Picked up all the trash and took great care in not causing any dings or scratches on the floor (wood floor).

Polite men, wore masks for COVID. Old unit out and new one installed in 40 minutes flat. Very satisfied.

THESE FOLKS DID A GOOD JOB. THEY HAD THE OLD DISHWASHER OUT AND THE NEW ONE INSTALLED IN ABOUT ONE HOUR. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. BOTH WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

The Samsung Dishwasher is very quiet and does a wonderful job on removing all types of grease and grime on dishes and pots and pans. Even plays a little song when it is done.
