ThozGuys were extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. During the installation it was discovered that dishwasher that arrived was not the same as what we saw in the store. They knew who to call and what to do. We had it for a little over a week and decided to return it. The same two individuals came to uninstall it and were equally good once again.

The two gentlemen that came and installed my dishwasher were quick, efficient, and thorough. Answered all questions and I had and there in the time window I was given.

The installation that came along with my dishwasher was excellent. The installer had great communication, came on time, and did a good job of installing the dishwasher. He took the time to explain its operation to me, and gave me advice on its use. He cleaned up and left me very happy! Memorable moment: I said "All I really care about is having clean dishes." He said, "Look, this machine has only one job, and that is its name!" I will definitely have Best Buy do the installation on any other appliance I purchase. Very grateful customer!

The gus that installed this dishwasher were exceptional. They knew what they were doing. They went above and beyond, they saw my refrigerator and ask what was going on, so I explain to them the situation. They said they leave me with my refrigerator in that shape, so they reconnected it for me. I highly recommend this group for installation of any appliance you buy from Best Buy.

Good delivery team who did a great job of installing dishwasher. I really appreciated the telephone call letting me know roughly when they were most likely delivering the item. Rate cutesy from any delivery team. That alone makes me happy despite actual time of delivery. Hint, hint, to Best Buy
