The installers were okay. They got my dishwasher in and hooked it up but then left it to where the return line was spewing out water. I called them back and they still didn’t fix it. After some research, while waiting for them to come back I found what the issue was and ended up taking out my spray hose for my sink and popped the return through that hole the next day. I told them that if they needed to take the hose out when they came back they could. They just told me that I’d need to drill another hole in my countertop/sink for it and left.

The installers were great and they got the job done.

Got this as part of a Whirlpool stainless steel appliance package for my renovated rental home. Works great, looks great, and the new tenants are thrilled!

I would highly recommend installation through Best Buy. The installers were very professional. I appreciated the courtesy call to let me know they were on their way.

Best Buy replaced our existing Thermador dishwasher, which we purchased from them in April 2021, with a new unit. The original dishwasher broke in November 2021 and no circuit boards to fix it were available, I presented that to Erica at Pacific Sales San Juan Capistrano in late December and was very happy that the dishwasher was replaced instead of having to wait for a circuit board to arrive to repair the original unit.

On time, very polite installer. Did a great job. Went through the operation of the dishwasher. Some of the other big box stores (Lowes) need installers like this one.

The dishwasher installer was fast and friendly. He gave me great tips on how to keep my dishwasher running in tip top shape. This installation was completed quickly.

The gus that installed this dishwasher were exceptional. They knew what they were doing. They went above and beyond, they saw my refrigerator and ask what was going on, so I explain to them the situation. They said they leave me with my refrigerator in that shape, so they reconnected it for me. I highly recommend this group for installation of any appliance you buy from Best Buy.

Dishwasher installation was great. Good product. But BestBuy has us down for installation next week when they already delivered.! We don't need them to do it again. Please help!! Their website is not working correctly, or disorganized system. Apparently no one updated the order status. This will be very confusing.

The installation was done relatively quickly, and the two installers were very nice. I was a little put off by the fact that when they were "finished" they tried to get me to sign stuff even though they had done zero testing to ensure the installation was successful. They did test once asked, but I shouldn't have needed to ask.

Best Buy sent a great team out to install our new Bosch Dishwasher. The guys were early, thorough and meticulous in their approach. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Install was smooth, on time and quickly accomplished. The dishwasher was unpacked before bringing into the kitchen. The old one was removed and hauled away. Install required a longer than 6 foot drain run which the installers took care of. They installed, checked to ensure washer was hooked up, power avail and the unit turned on.
