Our installation was so easy and smooth! Our technician was very professional every step of the way, and am very pleased with everything. Once everything was installed, they explained how to work everything and maintenance to ensure that it lasts long! We are so happy w/their professionalism and friendliness....will be using their services again when we install future appliances in our kitchen!

The installation went smoothly. After the installers left (theY were very professional). We realized that the wrong dishwasher was delivered. When we called Best Buy, they accepted complete responsibility for the problem and scheduled another time for the new one to be delivered and installed. Life during COVID-19 can be complicated

We love the extra rack at the top for silverware and it's very quiet compared to our previous dishwasher. Service install went perfectly although it did have to get rescheduled.

TWO installers arrived on time with everything they needed to install my GE dishwasher. They surveyed the location and went to work. They overcame the problems that arose during the install, mainly having to replace the water line with new my 10 foot line and difficulty in getting it level within the location. They took the time it needed to do it right and it looked great and worked perfectly when they were done. As a bonus, they came with positive attitudes and both had a friendly demeanor. This was absolutely a plus and something that made the process easy for me. THANKS GUYS !!!!!

The initial installation couldn't be done so had to wait and follow up again with Best Buy to schedule the follow up appointment. They did the best they could with our situation under the sink but couldn't 100% complete the installation (needed to have a plumber come in to do some work before they could finish).

On-time, early in the day as requested, great attitude, installation went smoothly and everything checked out. Now, we are enjoying our wonderful and quiet Bosch dishwasher.

Bosh is a great dishwasher.. when I start it I am never sure its actually running because its so quiet, which is what I wanted in a dishwasher.. Also, it cleans the dishes really well.

We purchased a dishwasher and had Best Buy arrange for the delivery and installation. It was, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences we've had. Scheduling by Best Buy was well explained. The installer was excellent. We have wood floors in our kitchen. I was concerned about them being damaged during removal of our old unit and installation of the new one. The installer took great care and made sure there any damage. A great experience from beginning to end.

Bosch dishwasher runs very quietly and has done a good job in cleaning the dishes when we use "auto" and "sanitize" commands. The racks could be improved. Overall we like it very much.

The first crew of three improperly installed this dishwasher and so first use attempt a screw fell out of the dishwasher door, causing a scaping noise, rendering the dishwasher unusable. Best Buy was notified and promptly rescheduled a new dishwasher/installation. Second team of two were very professional and properly installed the new dishwasher. High marks for them.

Silence is truly golden, my family is loving these dishwasher, now my teenager actually volunteers to wash the dishes.
