They were able to hook it up fairly quickly. Let me know what issues I had and asked if I wanted to have them fix the issue with additional cost. Only downfall was that the additional fix was a little costly but not sure how that compares to other companies.

The Geek squad is very knowledgeable and capable. I have had 2 installs from them. One for a Bosch dihswasher and once for a Sony TV with soundbar. Very happy.

I bought a new LG dishwasher at Best Buy to replace an old LG. I ordered it over the phone on a Sunday and it was delivered and installed two days later. Amazing The two guys who installed it were great. Very professional and nice. Great experience

Shawn and Michael did a quick and thorough job on the installation. Shawn went over how to use and tested it. Took the old one and cleaned up after finishing.

Installers arrived on time and worked with the apartment maintenance team to deal with a stuck water shut-off. Quickly resolved and good install

while installing the new dishwasher, the installer tells me that he cannot turn off the water line since the switch does not work and need to be replace before the dishwasher install. He can replace the turn off valve but will charge me additional money or I can find someone else to do it, but I need to reschedule the install of the new dishwasher. So I just pay him extra to have it install right there.

Crew was prompt and friendly. Installation went smoothly. The one problem I had was with the discharge hose that came with the required kit. After a few days the hose at the disposer end folded over. This prevented the dishwasher from operating. Had to reinforce the hose to maintain its shape. SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED A BETTER HOSE FOR THE PRICE OF THIS DISHWASHER.

Jose did an outstanding job installing our new dishwasher. Everything was done very professionally, he was courteous, and the dishwasher works great.

We have an older home and are due for a kitchen remodel in the near future. Our dishwasher didn't hold out so we purchased a new one. When it arrived the installer indicated he wasn't able to remove the old one as the floor and countertop were added after the DW was put in place. He packed up and indicted he would reschedule. Thankfully a contractor we know was able to come by That same day and cut a section of the floor out in order to remove the old DW. The Geek Squad was able to come back that same afternoon and install the DW! They were efficient, clean and accomodating.
