The installer showed up on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous; and did a great job with the installation. I was quite pleased with the overall service.

The installer was polite, arrived promptly, and was knowledgeable. He was efficient, kept the work area clean, explained the dishwasher functions to me. He did a great job!

Installer recessed our replacement DW and said they had no alternative but after talking to the mfg. my husband and I were able to re-install flush with our cabinetry. So we are very disappointed that the installers misled us and charged us extra for the privilege. We were also charged an extra $200 for a replacement valve that was not noticeably leaking before their arrival. Will not use BestBuy again for appliance purchase & installation.

Technician was careful during the removal and installation of the dishwasher unit, so everything was kosher inside the house. (had some apple hardwood floors that I wanted to keep in pristine condition after the replacement). Removing a single star since I found a single philips head screw nearby the area that the installer had parked his van, would hate to be the car owner whose tires end up with a puncture.

Install of dishwasher was done by two people who appear to have a lot of experience. Was. Done quickly and did clean up after they were done and checked to make sure no leaks and the dishwasher worked

Finally got our dishwasher July 26, 2024 after purchasing it June 5. It was actually a comedy of errors. So happy to have it now. Thanks to all who helped us along the way.

I am amazed that, with two family members using china every day, we can get away with only running this dishwasher every third day.. This dishwasher has a lot of capacity!

The dishwasher is excellent and will be beautiful once the installation has been finished. Carlos and his wife were excellent installers; very professional, efficient and friendly, but there was an issue with the existing waterline placement. We need to hire a plumber to add a 90 degree fitting to the water line so that the dishwasher can adequately fit. Best Buy will finish installation once the fitting has been replaced.

These installation guys were on time, gave me enough notice and did a great job. There kept the job clean and removed anything that they brought with them.
