Called with updates on time of arrival for installation. Arrived exactly when he said he would and performed the installation quickly and professionally.

I gave a 4 for review but probably would have given just one. First of all I was left waiting a whole day and no one came for the delivery or installation. They re program the date and same thing. Had to go to the store. The item was not even in PR. Has to wait more than a month. I gave a a 4 because the day they came service was great, and perfect.

The guys did a great job, and spent extra time readjusting a recently installed faucet and sink.

Great installation! He was so helpful! I definitely could not have done it on my own.

The young man did a great job installing this. He made sure to level it, screw it in place and showed me how to operate it.

1. Dishwasher is quite and dry dishes completely, after finishing with sanitize option door opens up automatically and help to dry the dishes completely.

Installers likable and yet efficient,professional,and speedy. Went over how to operate dishwasher and answered all of questions and concerns. Good experience.

ThozGuys were extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. During the installation it was discovered that dishwasher that arrived was not the same as what we saw in the store. They knew who to call and what to do. We had it for a little over a week and decided to return it. The same two individuals came to uninstall it and were equally good once again.

I like the third upper rack for silver ware and spatulas, etc. They clean very well too. Dishwasher is pretty quiet and and has plenty of functionality, and washes good.

The technician was on time and installed the dishwasher in an hour approx.. He explained how to operate it and was knowledgeable about differences with other brands.

This review is for the second installation of my dishwasher that took place on 6/14/22. The two men that came took all of 5 minutes to access the promblem and fix it. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing. What really impressed me was they took the time to educate me on the use and care of my appliance. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, cordial and worked together as a team.

This was perfect, exactly what was needed. I'm so glad Best Buy always knows
