They did the job they were hired to do. They were courteous, on time and quick. They should have worn masks regardless of vaccination status; or asked the customer what their preference would be. Getting hit with extra installation costs because Bosch requires a Bosch, not generic installation kit. They should have known beforehand. The email said that depending on what the installers found we could pay more, but in a relatively new, up to code, basically slide the old one out and slide the new one in, an extra hundred bucks was annoying. They did nick the countertop, but with plans to replace it, we didn't want to make a stink.

The install team did a great job in removing the old dishwasher and installing the new. In practically no time, the team uninstalled a 20 year old dishwasher, replaced the fittings and hoses, installed and tested the new dishwasher, and remove the empty boxes and bindings. They were great.

Young men were efficient with the installation and made sure everything was right and cleaned up their mess afterwards.

Great install, I really like the team that came out. They answered all of my questions and very thing was extremely pain free.

The two men who installed my dishwasher were polite and very helpful. They needed an extra part and went to home depot to pick it up. Returned promptly and finished the installation. They were also careful to clean up after the job was complete.

The installation of this dishwasher went quickly and smoothly once the old ASKO unit was extracted. A new floor had been installed without regard for the length of the rear legs on the old dishwasher..It took more than an hour, moving the refrigerator and cutting off the offending leg before the old unit was finally removed. Bill Delmar the installer did a yeoman's job and the new unit went in with out a hitch.

The installer knew what had to be done and accomplished the tasks without pause. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The guys had to come out twice because it wasn’t quite ready to be installed the first time. Came back and leveled everything.

The install was scheduled and the third party crew came out and installed it. It didn't take very long and they were nice. The only problem was they didn't use long enough screws and the dishwasher started tipping out of the hole if the door was open and the bottom rack was pulled out with dishes in it. They had to come back and put a longer screw in to anchor the unit better. It has been fine since.

Installation crew arrived on time as scheduled. Installation was quick and efficient including overcoming the challenge of a buried shut off valve to the main water supply line.
