Nice and friendly installers, very professional, no problems after installation.

Install went without an issue but it would have been better to know a window of when they wuld come the day before.

Installer worked hard to get it just right and had to saw the old dishwasher in half to get it out from under the granite counter. So glad it was them and they did a fantastic job.

while installing the new dishwasher, the installer tells me that he cannot turn off the water line since the switch does not work and need to be replace before the dishwasher install. He can replace the turn off valve but will charge me additional money or I can find someone else to do it, but I need to reschedule the install of the new dishwasher. So I just pay him extra to have it install right there.

My old dishwasher died but prior to its demise was not cleaning well. So getting the new one, and one that works well, has lots of additional features and is quiet, to boot?! Awesome!

The installers communicated well about their arrival and arrived on time. They were professional and polite, worked quickly, and left the space clean. They even helped me with a small problem I was having with an appliance previously bought at another store without me asking. Highly recommend.

Best Buy replaced our existing Thermador dishwasher, which we purchased from them in April 2021, with a new unit. The original dishwasher broke in November 2021 and no circuit boards to fix it were available, I presented that to Erica at Pacific Sales San Juan Capistrano in late December and was very happy that the dishwasher was replaced instead of having to wait for a circuit board to arrive to repair the original unit.

I was impressed with the install. They were on time and efficient. Had knowledge of what needed to be done.

This review is for the second installation of my dishwasher that took place on 6/14/22. The two men that came took all of 5 minutes to access the promblem and fix it. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing. What really impressed me was they took the time to educate me on the use and care of my appliance. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, cordial and worked together as a team.

Very professional installers. The installer actually helped me fix what the issue was with my old dishwasher. I had hired a plumbing company who provided me with an estimate of $950 to fix my dishwasher and why I ordered a new one. I explained the issue to the installer and he was able to fix my issue in under five minutes at no cost. However, I had him install the new dishwasher since it was there and paid for. I know who to call the next time I have an issue :)

We purchased a dishwasher and a gas range. The appliances work fine so far. The issue is with delivery and installation! We were sold parts at Best Buy for the installation of our appliances and charged delivery fees as expected. We were told that The connections we bought were all we would need. The parts were recommended by the salesperson. The Gas Range appliance was replacing an existing Gas Range appliance and the dishwasher was replacing an existing dishwasher. Upon delivery we were charged an additional $370 By a company that is subcontracted by Best Buy. The company was supposed to deliver and install the appliances we purchased with the installation packages we purchased. We have made multiple attempts to find out what happened and why we were charged these additional charges. We have contacted the Geek Squad and all the proper departments (as instructed by BB agents). Each time we spoke to an agent we were told they would get back to us and that they would document the lengthy call. They never called back, I had to follow up each time. Only a couple of the representatives documented the calls. I spoke extensively with them and was on the phone for a minimum of an hour for each conversation. They even had me on a line contacting the 3rd party company and that company had no answer why we were charged. It has been over 6 weeks and still no resolution as promised. NO call backs as promised, no emails as promised, no refunds as promised, no Gift card for our inconvenience as promised. I invite you BEST BUY to review my phone conversations since they are supposed to be recorded so that you can see what your customer service reps have been telling me and my wife...and so that you can see nothing has been done! In addition we have the Geek Squad annual membership (which we will be canceling as well). As a result...after years of purchases at Best Buy we will no longer be using BB for appliance purchases/installation due to the fact that they have done nothing but give us the run around. Despite the fact that most of the agents clearly stated they had never heard of someone being charged the extra amount we were charged, stating that we will get compensated, that they were expediting it to the review department for the final decision on our refund. etc etc. As far as I’m concerned...the worst customer service—>Company I’ve ever dealt with in regards to an issue and getting answers/resolution. This is my first negative review ever and I’m 50 y.o. But hey Best Buy...you asked for my review and how was my experience. I hope this answers that ??? Maybe you’ll reply to me now!

The installers were efficient, friendly and neat. What more could you expect?
