Enjoying my new dishwasher. My old one was almost 30 yrs old, so I'm really appreciating it.

The guys who installed my dishwasher worked quickly and diligently. They showed me how to operate the machine and gave me some pointers on an effective use of my machine.

Well we purchased a very expense stove and range only to find out on installation that additional electrical, gas and HVAC work needed to be done to accommodate it. Needless to say we are still waiting for said work to be done. The sales associate was very good but I think you should ask more questions about where the appliances are going to be installed and inform customer that additional work maybe required.

I decided to go with a Lowes install once after a Best Buy install and that was the tell tale. I'll NEVER buy an appliance outside of Best Buy ever again. The process is painless, straightforward, fairly priced, prompt and professional. This is our only go to for anything appliance related for our home.

Dishwasher installation went well. The tech had to install a new electric outlet, at an additional $150 but it works great.

Showed up on time, got the dishwasher installed in about 20 minutes, went over the operation instructions and answered all our questions. Left no mess, excellent job.

The installers were very courteous, accommodating, organized, efficient and knowledgeable. And the dishwasher works Great, without leaking!

The guys did a great job and they had a few obstacles to deal with.

the installer took care to do the job correctly. He found that a larger hole was needed for the tubing and handled that. He explained things. I was very impressed

The guys from the geek squad came out and installed this Bosch dishwasher and it looks good and works as advertised.

He called ahead of time to tell us when he was arriving. As he was installing it, he explained the differences between the European dishwashers and the American ones. He was efficient and did an excellent job of installing the dishwasher. After having had bad experiences with installation of appliances bought at other stores, we were very pleased with the Best Buy installer. In my mind, selling the appliance is only half of the transaction. Getting it delivered in a timely fashion and installed completes the sale. In the future if Best Buy has the appliance we want, we will definitely buy it from them.

The installation took longer than I assumed, but I hadn't thought about what goes into installation. They did a fantastic job and everything looks perfect.

Best Buy used a third party for our dishwasher install. He was wonderful, hard working (long day for him), communicated his arrival time (called earlier in the day), made it up our snowy dirt road, was kind, efficient, and did a wonderful job. He was originally from Tanzania, which was fun too (we enjoy international folks). A very good experience.

I'm rating the technicians on delivery and attempted installation as they were unable to complete installation due to no fault of their own. (It was a construction issue with the flooring). The techs who answered the call were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and kind. Although I detest the geek squad customer phone "service", I have always had the best of luck with the in home and in store Geek techs.
